Tee wasn’t even a good OC, why do you think he could be a HC
The conversation was about coaches who have become great head coaches and used to be WR coaches that developed their position group well, and then it was mentioned who might be next along those lines. I just mentioned that Tee is a WR coach who has developed his position well. Not being a good coordinator does not mean that they can’t be a great head coach. As a matter of fact, I wonder if it might be better for them not to be, because maybe they would leave the coordinating of offense and defense to the guys that they hire to do the job.Tee wasn’t even a good OC, why do you think he could be a HC
Yeah, I know it. @Devo182 was talking about their defense today. Hopefully with the off week we will put a game plan together that will get us a win over the hogs.I don’t like the trend there. We have already lost to the top 3...
I've been trying to tell people here that defense is legit.Yeah, I know it. @Devo182 was talking about their defense today. Hopefully with the off week we will put a game plan together that will get us a win over the hogs.
So, what is going on with our defense this year? Coaching? Personnel? Combination of the two? The quality of offenses we’ve faced so far? We're currently ranked 12th in the SEC. Long ways to go and maybe we were even that low halfway through 2019 before the turnaround, but man I'm still shocked how 1-ply we have looked at times, especially in pass coverage. Other times we look good.
Edit: for some context, 8th-12th place teams are verrry tight. We could just as easily be 8th. Though still not great, that is at least decent. The gap between us and 13th place (Vandy) is 5x larger than between us at 12th and 8th place.
PrayersLadies and Gents....I need some prayer for my Mother In Law. She had a really bad migraine this morning that was causing her to vomit. She went to the emergency room and they ran a bunch of xrays and test and found that she has a brain hemorrhage in the back of her head. She is in ICU right now.
Good point1st thing you should look at is what offenses each team has played have they played bama, omiss or Florida ? Got to wait until they have played at least 2 of these teams to see where the defenses stand .
This kind of assumption always gets to me, if you haven't played anyone with a heartbeat your probably not going to give up many points or yards. Then you look at the points that the offenses give up ,this puts a lot more on your defense. There for you have to take chances to get back into the game.Yeah, that’s a good point.
