So happy to see Emmanuel Moseley playing well in San Fran!

Love Moseley and that was a hell of a play, but Adams posterized him on a TD reception, on the series before that one.

I'm still mystified why Jennings hasn't been called up from the practice squad for SF. Their receivers suck and I know JJ just needs a chance, kinda like Callaway got, a couple of weeks ago

I find it kind of alarming how easily the VQ guys dismiss Harrison Bailey. Do they know something?

In the podcast they were talking about how Dabo wasn’t Dabo until he landed Tahj Boyd and how Simpson could be that guy. They said it didn’t have to be Simpson. Might be Salter. Might be someone else down the line. No mention of Bailey.

Only really stuck out because it isn’t the first time they’ve basically glossed over him being on the roster when talking about the future of the QB room.

Yeah, it’s a little strange. I can understand that HB isn’t ready because he hasn’t practiced enough but still you don’t just skip over the guy already. Word is Chaney likes Salter a lot though.

VQ Rocky Top Round table made a great point that Arky drops in zone a lot and that we need to force the run game on them. I guess it’s risky but look at what GA did to KY last weekend. A win is a win and this is a big game for this program. Pruitt and Chaney really needs lean on that offensive line they’ve assembled. Let JG take some deep shots to Hyatt every now and then. Just need to run the ball, milk clock, and sneak out with a win. I think the defense will show up to play.

But GA’s defense is a whole different deal than our’s. Now, they lost a few starters during the KY game which hurt them. But playing a conservative, low-scoring game for us is dangerous when a team opens it up late.

Keep giving the defense as much of a break as possible.

The more I think about the KY game the more I realize it’s Chaney’s fault for putting JG in those situations. That kid can’t handle being the guy. Let the run game be out focus and get JG to go 14/20 for 150 yards and a TD or two. Hopefully Pruitt realizes that. Maybe it doesn’t work but at least try it for a full game.

On the first pick, I don’t know why they would call a primary route so far across the field on third and short. Chaney can definitely be better to help his QB.

We beat up Mizzou doing it. They’re as solid a team as Arky IMO

I live at the Seymour end of the Boyds Creek area. We love it here.
We just left the area (Walland) after staying there a couple of months. While there we drove all over checking out possible places to live in a couple of years after we finish our RV travels. Several months ago I asked on here about possible places in the area to live and someone (you maybe?) mentioned Seymour so I made sure we checked it out. It's one of the places we really like.

I would bring the mizzu offensive gameplan. Our OL will have depth back. Arky has been hurt by the run each game outside of miss st who doesn’t run. You also don’t want your defense on field with that tempo all day. Run run run

Nope doesn't have the practice habits. Wont be the starter until at least 2050 after JG graduates in 2049

Jeremy is really a good guy. I spoke with him about the kid that we helped and how it fell thru the cracks. It was in response to a text I shouldn’t have sent due to JG frustration but it wasn’t about Jarrett. I did tell him we need him to make it. He’s really trying but afterwards I spoke with a friend of his and this is an issue but it also makes these guys great as well. He is very stubborn and doesn’t think he’s wrong. I get it and have the same attribute but have learned to trust certain people. I hope for him the best. We all need a win. Go Vols.

Soooo. No new QB this year? But you kinda confirmed my theory that JP thinks he's the smartest guy in the room and wants to prove everyone else wrong with JG

2030?? Dang, that’s a shitload of aging in 10 years. It’s like he lived one of his decades twice. Truth be told though, if he’s coaching in front of Tennessee’s fan base 10 years from now, that probably is what 56 looks like.

Jennings is listed as injured

Interesting, but even if we eventually find out HB never met expectations, I don’t think it would make people here reconsider the notion that CJP was only being stubborn in not starting him.

they were talking about qbs who best fit RPO, AP has a man crush on dobbs. he did mention HB by name but really was talking anything mobile qbs. which jg is not and was recruited as, after butch fell into dobbs. it was as much an indictment on butch

Wait you text the HC of the Tenn volunteers with your displeasure of his coaching?

I really hope I am
Reading that wrong

Shrout had a receiver open in the middle of the field if that’s the play you are talking about. He chose the wrong target.

In all seriousness I actually miss kicking whiteboards Pruitt and grabbing players by the facemask Pruitt. Now it's ho hum doesn't look like he has a care in the world lol
Cause ESPN and all those others made such a big deal cuz the soccer moms didn’t like it. Gotta appease everyone
