Wow. Pruitt said that he was giving his coaches who took a pay cut money out of his own pocket to supplement their income. Has to get approval from the NCAA first, but that is quite a gesture. He really is a good dude.

Not trying to undermine what JP is doing, because it is 100% an awesome thing to do.. but if you want to lure some top notch assistants, it doesn't hurt knowing JP takes care of his guys.. win win
