JG is 12-20 as a starting QB.
Five straight losses by double digits.
Jarrett has more pick sixes than throwing touchdowns since the Kentucky game.
Our defensive and offensive stats are all near the bottom of the conference.

By all means let’s keep Pruitt and keep starting JG. What a joke we have become that this is even acceptable.

And before someone says it’s a throw away year. That’s complete bs and an excuse for losing. If it was a throw away, we would be starting all freshmen and Bailey would have played QB1 the moment he got here.

Imma let volnation do the math👀😅 his completion % is right on par though🥴 that’s what his fans rave about right?😅😂

So @JacketVol @LA Vol @MetalVolunteer @de1conley with us starting to miss out on key highly rated recruits (Post Auburn game) do you think Fulmer is paying closely attention to this? And do you think he may make a move barring anymore damage to the class?..because I feel like these next 3 games are the tipping point to this board and the fans losing their s**t!..regarding both of your opinions what would your thoughts be if that does indeed start to happen!..what’s your move?

It's only a "throw away year" if you suck.

Do Alabama, Ohio St, Notre Dame, etc. think it's a "throw away year?" What would Saban or Dabo's reaction be in a press conference if a reporter remarked that it was a throwaway year?

How is it even a discussion that Jeremy is retained for 2021? A good HS head coach taking over could do better than this guy.

Seriously - look at all of the "firsts" that have happened in his three seasons and his inability to even speak to the public coherently. His choices relating to the usage of specific players and the obvious regression of the team under his leadership just simply sucks. Stubborn and dumb are not attributes of a good HC. They are not attributes for an athletic department mired in red ink either. Even the best CFB HC on the planet (Saban) makes regular changes in his approach, schemes, players, etc. How did Bama come out of their stench pre-Saban? They hired the best. How about UF? Hired Urban Meyer and now the best available, Mullen. A school probably has a 10% chance of hitting on the right wannabe. They have to be willing to terminate quickly when the facts are known and always have the best on speed dial in advance if they want an elite program. They now have that opportunity again with several good choices - especially Freeze.

Despite the AV posts, some of us know or had past dealings with some of the major boosters and UT officials personally. AV can do crowd control on VN if he wants. He seems like a really good guy. But some of us know better in regards to the major boosters' inner circle. FWIW Peyton has demonstrated he is clueless about who the HC at UT ought to be for a dozen years now. Not who I would use as my example for program leadership back to elite status. The entire group either needs to let Phil hire the best and then shut up and write the checks - just get out of the way - or keep doing what they are doing to downsize the importance of Vol football forever. JMO.

And he had to be benched and come back in for about half those wins. If your starter has to be benched to get his head right then he shouldn't be your starter. I understood it last year but now that Bailey has shown he is capable in live action then it should be his show.

I agree that Pruitt is stubborn but I'm not going to call him names and I think all Vol fans should stop it....we look crazy to younger kids who know nothing about our past success. I honestly think Pruitt loves kids and thinks he is helping/protecting them.... the Mauer text shows that. I don't agree with his methods and way of thinking but I do think he has good intentions. Takes a lot of heart to kill your career trying to redeem one broken QB.

What he has to understand is that he is also hurting everyone else on the team by doing so and he is killing his fanbase.

Story about another booster who used to donate a lot of money here. Atl was asked if he still donates and he said not as much he still has a lot of money but not f u money. Then someone asked if he does, he said oh yeah. FU money is just another way of saying you got A LOOOT of money to just throw around.
I believe the reference was on getting 200k fans to donate $200 ea to the cause, and was 40m enough... and AV said that's FU money. Meaning hell yea that's enough is the way I took it.

Turmoil all over the place

I don't know what he is talking about with a generic statement like that. There's been awkwardness over the pay cut stuff. Pruitt has pretty much thrown his OC under the bus. There are others in the building who aren't thrilled about having to take a pay cut while assistants didn't.

- Hubbs responding to Cole Cubelic saying things inside the facility need to chill out.

You couldn’t give me a free tour of the place right now!...Screw that Cluster f***👀😅😂 and it all happened on Pruitts watch!..so much for leadership management.

I don't think they're actually consulting with Peyton and asking for his opinion about these coaches. Peyton is a figurehead, and they bring him out to speak with the coach that "they" have already decided they wanted to hire.
