Napier turning down Auburn doesn't mean anything. He wants the TN job(assumption based on runors). But he's got it made at Louisiana. He has no reason to be in a hurry and just take any job. Im sure he is perfectly fine at staying at Louisiana another year to see what happens with Pruitt, if he keeps hi success up, there's no reason not to believe he won't get more offers next year if he doesn't get the TN job. He's betting on himself and has nothing to lose, it doesn't mean he's heard something.

Glad we are keeping Pruitt. When we fire him next year and lose most of the instate recruits, we can finally get a google coach. Napier, Freeze, Gus, etc. will be taken off the board next year, they won't come here over others.

Neal Brown is a pretty decent coach. WVU played Texas tough and beat then-ranked 16th Kansas St.

This report also mentions Sarkisian interviewing. Haven’t heard his named connected to Auburn.

I tend to agree here. That is really bold if he turned it down. He turned down s. Carolina because he felt he had a shot at Auburn and TN. I suspect being a TN boy his preference is TN if he had an option to choose between the two. Otherwise why interview only to turn it down? He knows something and willing to take a chance that this job opens up and he can get it.
