If Napier were to eventually be the guy hopefully he brings his OC. Has some past history in the SEC.
Rob Sale - Football Coach - Louisiana Athletics

Sale served as offensive line coach at Georgia in 2015, where the Bulldogs averaged 375 yards total offense per game. The Georgia offensive line – led by All-SEC First-Team offensive tackle John Theus – paved the way for more than 190 rushing yards per game as part of the overall 375 yards in total offense per game.

Alright fine if they wont give me Freeze I'll take Napier.

Wonder if he really would take this job if he's turned all those other programs down. The Tennessee connection is interesting, but this is a tough job littered with constant controversy. Would be surprised if we actually have the leg up here.

I think it could be a great hire tho. He would be great for Bailey.

Louisiana's AD making that statement feels to me like Napier has told him he's done interviewing at other places.

Auburn > Tennessee, so if he turned them down, he'd turn us down too.

I guess he's waiting on LSU or Texas.
We’ve had some decent convo over the year, but don’t you go and start toying with our emotions now!!!

Swain made a good point last night. We need a coach who is both Xs and Os as well as a good recruiter. Who of the available candidates is the best CEO, blend of recruiting & development?
Freeze. Dude can flat out coach an offense & obviously is able to recruit and let his coaches do the work on defense and Special Teams.

This is not true. First, Auburn is not a better job. Second, he would prefer UT. And they are making a statement because he keeps getting interest in other jobs.
