Agree
IF, Shrout does transfer, it both hurts us in terms of depth but also brings clarity to the QB position.
Kivon was seen as a project but was getting some results in pass rush with non starter snaps. He gradually improved here and a high profile players son getting in trouble so close to this new investigation makes me think he won’t be welcomed back like the last few after time outs.

Stabbed Johnny in the back to become HC,
Took a good program and got good results when he had really good assistants like Cut,
When they left he was proven to be average and got fired!
Now giving his all for himself again by hiring a HC with 0 experience , hanging around football like he’s still a coach,
Doesn’t seemed bothered about losing games.
Would rather keep a loser so he can still live his dream than do what’s best for UT and hire a competent coach and stay the hell away

Kelly was a seasoned coach HC before he ever took the ND job.

We re asking too much from a guy thats never done it on his own. And asking him to do it yesterday.

My only issue with this post is it places all the blame on Fulmer for us not hiring proven coaches. He’s literally only been around for 3 years and responsible for one staff.

If anybody thinks that even without Fulmer we would hire a competent, proven coach, then I LOL at you. We wouldn’t. And until it happens no one can convince me otherwise.

We stopped acting like one of the big boys when we hired Derek Dooley. It’ll just be more of the same in the future until we strike gold and one of these young coordinators actually pans out.

Eric Gray only had 50 more carries this year than he did last year despite rushing for 5 yards per carry...
His FROSH year he only had 3 games in double digit carries...
what the **** was the plan this year, seriously?
looking back on this year,
Our game plans didn’t take advantage of any match ups. I’m holding my forehead and wincing just thinking about the state of this program

I can not believe that there are people trying to justify bringing this staff back

What gets really old is we all talk about, Wilson, Manning etc. which they are Tennesse do not get me wrong, but these kids were not born or real small and we have sucked. They have no clue about Tennessee except the past. That is wht Tennessee kids go elsewhere and I do not blame them. This is what has to change the most. I was on the Pruitt bus and need off it now. He is just like Fulmer and get coaches that can do what you need them to do not you and PF meddling and this is what I did etc.

They are def well oiled at this point. Is handing out spending cards is ridiculous. We’re behind the game. If you look at the top 5 classes the game is now early commit and help them become an early enrolled. Half of UGA’s and Bama’s class is enrolled and already practicing. Not sure how many EE’s we have this year but not enough....

He did play in 4 less games

what was the age he carries per game?

he went from 7 carries a game to over 17.
that isn’t a reasonable complaint

It’s year 3 on the job. 3 years is long enough to tell if a coach is the one or not; Pruitt is not the one.
