So the HC who has that drive to win, put Bagman Nieds as the ILB coach. Nieds had shown no real history as an ILB coach. He did that the year after D leader Bituli leaves while having to develop two RB's into ILB's. Pruitt made that decision along with firing his newly hired DL coach after the 4th game for the entire coaching fraternity to see.
Is that working hard and not wanting to fail? If so, he qualifies.
I hope this year humbled the s$) out of him, and he picks himself up off the mat and turns this thing around.
I’m skeptical, though.
