I don't think he's worth the risk when there are obviously better options out there. Taking a chance on an unproven commodity is what landed us where we are right now. It would be extremely stupid to make the exact same mistake again. Sure, there is risk associated with any hire, but better to hire someone that has actually shown they can win as a head coach than someone who hasn't shown that.

The fact that Steele is even getting a serious look is a joke.

If that is the case, and that is how this ends up, should have just kept Butch and let him redo his staff....will be another example of how UT just does not care about winning.

Please tell them fans want Ingram as AD, and would totally reject a Steele hire. For the love of God, please stop screwing over a fanbase that has remained loyal through the bull **** of the last 10-15 years. For once, reward us for our continued support, even through some really, really bad years, completely created by the incompetent people who held your positions before you.
