Exactly, HT is a good college player who would start at a lot of schools. He will also more than likely play in the NFL. However, he is far from a sure thing NFL wise. He's not overly big to play ILB in a 3-4 and he lacks coverage skills and speed in sub packages. WLB on a 4-3 team who goes off the field in sub packages.

I was prepared to lose players...they were loseable. Wasn’t prepared to stomach a pointless season with Pruitt.

No doubt. I am prepared to lose schollies and to have a bowl ban as well. I hope that it is minimized, but we have more bad news coming. As far as the staff goes, I am not thrilled with Willie Martinez, but still want to see how he does here. Overall, very happy with the staff so far.

Listening to the VQ podcast and for the 3rd or 4th time Hubbs hinted that we may end up paying Tee...for WHAT? How is he able to take a job in the NFL AND get paid based on an alleged promise from Fulmer that his contract would be extended? Even if he got a court of law to honor a verbal contract, how does he cash in without fulfilling any employment obligations?

Not only do we have to do the right thing. We have to perceive to do. My guess if we dont perceive to treat Tee fair, we will lose more donations & VFL than we will end of paying him.

I never wish ill for a young man, but if Dylan Brooks ends up a bust, I won't be disappointed. Probably just the hurt talking because he's definitely a position of need for us, but I just don't understand this undying love of Pruitt. It's not as if Auburn has any of the coaches left that were recruiting him there.

Umm more along the line no pruitt, no McDonalds bags of green...as the FBI says follow the money. It apparently leads to ok and the barn. Surprise? Not really. Again, just my unfounded opinion.
