Our university has absolutely nothing to do with the previous coaching staff.... we have been a mess for years....I would say in order of importance for a student athletes starts with the relationship with the coaches.... 2nd would be how they fit with the football program.... 3rd would be the college they choose to play for....... Most of these kids aren’t from Tennessee..... what do we have to sell that would entice star players t attend here?
I don't see upside in dwelling on the negative. The new staff deserves a shot to show us what they can do. They didn't make this mess; they're here to clean it up. They seem committed to that. I look at the roster and I see youth and potential. I don't see the quick turnaround and fast climb that others see. The SEC is very unforgiving, and we've lost a lot of good players.
Dude has had statistically strong units at both UT and then UCF. Don't understand the shade.I'm way late on this conversation but here's what I don't get. I can understand these guys being passionate about wanting to play for Pruitt when he was DC and for the first couple of years with us, but WHAT were they seeing after this past year that made them want to play for him so badly?
step on a crack......break your momma's back........whip it good......Best hair?

hmm. that's an interesting take on things. No matter. Like I said just wanted to hear A side, will always been an interesting time in history. that's all.Just think some of the crap he and others did leading up to and after 2016 election was slimy, un-American and traitorous.. I would feel the same way if the political sides were reversed.. Definitely NOT this country's finest hour...
Well he is here for 6 yearsHeupel is really buying into UT. This man wants to be here. I'm bought in.

We will just be better at it. RG is a master and spent years learning that the barn. Look for a cabin to be under construction in a remote location of east Tennessee in the near future.
