Well he's concussed so you don't know about long term issues. I agree we're way overboard when it comes to litigation. He's a cage fighter that totally outmatched the other dude. He could have killed him. Like I said, should he become a millionaire, no. But the dude that hit him needs to feel the pain. It was 100% unnecessary what he did. Would you be OK if he pulled a gun and shot him? Reason I ask both actions carry the risk of serous bodily injury.Not really in reply to your comment except the "make bank" statement, it's just wild to me how quick we are to sue others in society. Medical/dental bills aside of course. I could just see this being one of those "he hurt my public image...I'm the barback here at Paddy's Pub...I'm suing for 55 billion dollars..." type of situations.
