Lol question you ever “fought” before or trained? Also, you sure you watched the video because the drunk guy went to swing on him with his left hand and the fighter took that flinch as aggression and punched him in the face lol. Pretty sad that I have to give you a play by play because you are botching the video like the NCAA Umpires at the College World Series…..He didn't throw a punch at him... So what video are you even talking about?
You're acting as if firing off on the guy first or getting knocked out himself were the only two options.
It's dumb. Even if the smaller guy swung on him, which he didn't, I'm sure the professional fighter would have been just fine. Anyone with a brain can watch this and determine it had zero to do with self defense.
Finally somebody that sees it the way I doLol question you ever “fought” before or trained? Only been fighting about... 20 years at this point.Lol question you ever “fought” before or trained? Just because he gets in trouble for it, doesn’t mean he was in the wrongOnly been fighting about... 20 years at this point.
Whatever you say boss. The lawsuit will speak for itself I guess lol. Good luck telling the judge "He flinched at me bro" if you find yourself in that situation. Hope it works out.
Hahahaha I love this idea. Dupe rival players to sponsor inside jokes for absurdly small amounts. Get the VN Inc. content pumping...where our graphic artists at? I'll donate to this causeCurrently trying to find a Florida player to agree to be sponsored by my fake company for $20

No one believes someone getting smoked in the face a couple of times is reasonable behavior because this world is full of wusses now lol. The drunk guy should of never of flinched at the individual. Period. He did and he got smoked for it.
Does that make it okay? Possibly not. But to say just because the man was a “fighter” that he should have just kept walking is dumb. Should the individual have bumped the guy? Probably not but in fairness the drunk dude was taking up the whole floor.
I just think it’s funny to always think people should just “walk away,” what if he walks away and the guy throws a cheap shot? Then what? What if by some crazy turn of events the cheap shot knocks the fighter out. Then what? It’s funny to just say someone should do something because of the actual outcome of an event.
But, again what if the event outcome changes like I said above? Then what? The fighter should of done what he did and that outcome wouldn’t of happened.
Do I think if the guy sustained major damage that the medical bills should be paid for? Sure. If the guy just went night night well, then the drunk guy just learned a valuable lesson.
This is my take and I will stick to it.
Last I saw they can't. No school brands, logos, etc are allowed in NiL deals, due to prior, exclusive deals.Something to consider about this NIL stuff.....How many players are marketable/popular enough to sell products strictly on their own? I would argue not that many. Therefore, if a company uses any school branding (the POWER T, Pantone 151, Vols, etc.) I am pretty sure that company would also still have to pay the university. I doubt many companies will want to pay the player and the university for the marginal exposure/increased profit they would get, but maybe I am wrong.
Please be careful how you advise people- I am being serious. I tell young people all of the time that they can simply walk away from uncomfortable/controversial/aggressive situations. It has nothing to do with being "wusses." That is absolutely asinine thinking. Use the brain that the good Lord gave you, and walking away shows more kahunas than anything else. Our society needs to learn to diffuse situations, not incite them. That goes for alot of things. We have eyes, ears, and a brain to use instead of fists and weapons.
It has nothing to do with the big guy being a fighter- absolutely nothing. I would tell you the same thing if it was a smaller guy who did it. Also, the big guy was the one who INITIATED it- not the other way around. You can stick to your story and that is why we hear many of these types of stories. LOL.
Just not ones where idiots fight. Bars and breweries...with kids...and dogs allowed. Never seen a fight and I'm absolutely surrounded by bars. Maybe touristy areas are better idk. Maybe college-aged singles bars or whatever bars y'all goin to have fights...daggum rednecks I'd expect nothin less. It’s like no one on this site has ever been to a bar before.
What would I do? Let him take the first swing. A flinch is not a swing.Question. Without knowing the guy is a fighter. If a drunk guy in a bar gets ready to throw a punch at you, what would you do?
You just going to let him land it? You going to dodge it and walk away calmly? You going to dodge it and punch back? You going to punch him before it lands?
Lol, I mean it’s easy to sit on the sideline and be like “well he is a fighter he can kill people with his hands blah blah blah,” but take a normal person into account and I guarantee you that a normal person doesn’t just stand there and let the individual punch him and I almost guarantee you that every time a fight ensues. The issue with this one is the fighters punches were so accurate there was no “fight” to be had because ol boy went night night.
Lol reekrus. Insecure men mixed with alcohol...the worst/best fight I ever saw was at a bar in maryville….. These two women went out and started dancing together while thei bf’s watched…. Two other guys tried grinding on them….. The bf’s came out on the dance floor and brought an a$$ kicking with them.
Now this, is more reasonable. But for all these people stating “he should of just walked away” I don’t necessarily agree with it. I’m not going to say what he should of done because I don’t know what was said to him that made him turn around. What would I do? Let him take the first swing. A flinch is not a swing.
He should of just walked away though. What words really make it necessary to destroy a guy? None that I can think of. They're just the words of a drunk. Now this, is more reasonable. First off we can discuss things in here. But, I don’t need to be told on what to “advise” people on. Lol. My job profession isn’t to “advise” people on legal matters I am not a “lawyer” having an opinion on how soft this nation and its people have become is a different story.
At no point did I “advise” anything anyways. I gave my opinion on the situation.
Also, since you want to jump into my world and try and tell me what to do let me tell you what I have “advised” my son to do.
1) Never initiate a fight.
2) If someone swings on you, then you defend yourself
3) I will not be mad if things happen in this order.
Again, I’m not in the guys shoes. Maybe he was having a bad day and it set a fuse off. Not everyone in this world is a saint and real people do have real problems. I’m not going to sit behind a computer and say he should of walked away.He should of just walked away though. What words really make it necessary to destroy a guy? None that I can think of. They're just the words of a drunk.
Again I don’t need you to tell me how to advise people. We can have discussions. I also find it funny to think you knew how I advised people anyways. Which your assumption was obviously wrong
That's fine, but if it goes to court, he'll pay punitive damages for his assault. Is he gonna handle that bad day by handing out another ass-whoopin'?Again, I’m not in the guys shoes. Maybe he was having a bad day and it set a fuse off. Not everyone in this world is a saint and real people do have real problems. I’m not going to sit behind a computer and say he should of walked away.
The drunk guy could of easily of just shrugged it off and went back to drinking, he didn’t, and he got smoked for it. The ball goes both ways. They each could of done something different.
