Never saw that...well then the university REALLY effed up lol.

Either way, a tutor is not considered the athletic dept or, I suppose, an integral enough part of the institution, to be considered an internal control individual.

"Institutions are also responsible for "self-detection" of violations, a responsibility the panel concluded Missouri did not fulfill. "The offending conduct continued for one year. But for the tutor's decision to come forward with her conduct, Missouri would not have known that the tutor was completing student-athletes' academic work," its report stated".

I would at least hope our individual would be considered part of the university and its self-detection process. If the individual was indeed in the AD and reported in a timely manner.

If those recruits have real interest in UT, then they’ll hop in when we win games this fall. If not, then they likely weren’t that interested to begin with. Regardless, did you expect Heupel to come in and pull a bunch of 4 and 5 stars before fall practice even starts? I know I didn’t. Now, If we surprise everyone and win 8 games this year, and recruiting is still lacking (and the investigation still over our heads), then I’ll be concerned. But recruiting is basically as expected to this point for a new coach coming from a G5 school and a HC not known for being a deadshot recruiter. Results on the field will bring the recruits.

Might want to check with your vet before giving it to your dog. Just to be safe. Not all CBD works the same on each dog.

See that’s the issue….. the ncaa makes up a lot of nonsense based on their mood…. A rogue tutor committed violations that were obviously hard to catch…. As soon as the university was notified…. They turned over and started an investigation…. Compare that to Kansas….. Bill self wore an adidas shirt with a money chain…. Snoop dogg danced with stripper poles and shooting fake 100 dollar bills into the crowd…. Then they gave Bill self a lifetime contract…. We will see if the ncaa has the balls to do anything about it.

No clue. Didn’t get a name. Just that one of our silents informed the staff he was ready to go public. The person i heard from is an assistant to the regional manager on the defensive side of things so I naturally assumed it was a defensive player.
