Well Dallas is about 400k more people than Fort Worth. But yeah being half an hour a part it's not a huge difference. I think the biggest advantage is SMU not being a Christian school.

Titans gotta play it safe and go with 9 week + timeline. Division is locked down, just gotta grind out the rest of the year and hopefully get more than 1 home playoff game

Just now watched the 2nd half of the Ole Miss game...just wow. So many garbage things had to happen to keep us from winning...and we hurt ourselves for sure too. The hold that turned from 2nd and 3 to 1st and 19 was killer. As was running the next 2 plays. We seemed conservative to take shots...or maybe they took them away and we just had to take what they gave us idk. But so many opportunities...tough to watch, really...however exciting it was.

All in all our offense just needed to be eveb half decent in the first half...or maybe the refs don't STEAL a TD from us, and we're golden. Though I'll give credit to OM's defense too...they somehow played their best game of the year all a sudden.

Florida is basically in the same extended period of mediocrity that Tennessee is, the difference is they have an instate talent pool that gives them a higher floor than us.

I’m not so sure that’s an attractive job though. They turn on coaches faster than we do. In the end, Mullen is bringing all this on himself…

It's been discussed that several players are being limited to keep them maintained and healthy since we're so thin this year. I imagine you'll see him play more down the stretch.
