These are so good.

He does a great job of detailing the misses that Milton had. All in all not that bad.
He made a good point - we were bad on 3 and medium+long. Mostly passes or penalties. And he also showed Pitt likes to "hot blitz" in those areas. Will be a good challenge for our offense.

...or we could just avoid 3rd downs by scoring in 2 plays...

If evans is vaccinated he shouldn’t be out
Whats The point of vaccination if you still have the same rules as unvaccinated

The rules aren't the same unless I'm mistaken. My understanding is that the unvaccinated players have to undergo regularly scheduled testing whereas vaccinated players only have to get tested if they are experiencing symptoms.

Agree. I feel the same way about Evans. Yes he looked very good last week but he’s all of a sudden our best player and irreplaceable after one game which was vs BG? I don’t think so. Smalls and Wright will both rush for over 100 yards. We’re not winning or losing based on the availability of those 3 guys.
Agree. Someone posted yesterday basically saying Evans is way better than Small. It is ridiculous. Small is very good. Evans is very good. The gap is not much. The issue is more that Small needs someone to relieve him so that he can not carry the ball 30 times. The drop off is the guy who takes 30% of the carries if he ends up taking 70% of the carries. Will it be the walkon?

Nobody turns on-field coaches into analysts better than Tennessee.

Just wow. Remember pulling up his previous stats before coming here. Not many wanted to see what they were, but they weren't very good. Of course JP would hire him...only to fire him midgame. He probably should be an analyst or at lower level coach.

That's how the most updated SEC rules read to me as well - that part appears unchanged from the late Summer revisions.

That will suck if he can’t go…. I don’t think Ollie is that good

This time there is preparation because they know Cooper is unlikely to play. They will have a plan and the players will have repped the plan. It might just be getting Lane more comfortable. I don't think he is as bad as some think. He is very big, wide upper body and is strong. But it could be that with time to prep they move people around. It is much different to have a week of practice with say...Mays at G and someone else at RT as opposed to doing that in the middle of a game without preparation.

Really no reason for UT to announce player availability for Pitt. They're waiting for clearance on some and undecided on others who could play but could use more healing time before returning.

The depth on the OL has always been an issue, and it was tested early with Calbert and again with Cooper. The best case scenario would have a few guys stepping up to provide more quality depth and so far, that hasn't gone as hoped.
