He is. Yet, they don't use his quickness in their O scheme. He's got a big O-line, good RB and wants to run an O that is dependent on the run game with counters and gap scheme. They have no chance against NDSU with that stuff. Bad match-up.

Agreed and the only way to stop it is to come down hard on the ones doing it. If you don't then it will only get worse.

I agree. I do think there's still a good chance they become a hot destination for transfers at some point this offseason. Long long ways left to go.

But can they make up enough ground down the stretch with this class? If not there's a good chance transfers may be short term bandaids anyways.

The long term view he's taking is probably wise at any other job in any other conference. But it feels like he's missing the boat at Florida. You have to prioritize long term and short term every single day. Thats why its hard to succeed in the SEC. You cant take a year zero and keep up.

That team already needed an infusion of talent.

I smell blood. We need to blow their doors off next year. If that happens we potentially shift the power dynamics of this rivalry for the foreseeable future.

I dont believe in any Florida curses by the way. We've lost for years due to poor coaching and less talent. They got us this year because they were good at the time. We were still figuring out what we were capable of. The tables will be flipped next year for the first time in a long time. I'm not scared one bit.

We lost to Florida a few times because of bad luck and also some bad calls

It's obvious that Penny can only recruit because his name, past NBA career and connections in Memphis but he can't coach and should have never been given that job with no prior experience. Memphis BB fans I'm sure are growing impatient with Penny with all the talent he has and a Top 5 player Emoni Bates and future NBA top 10 pick, I don't see him lasting much longer at this rate.

He'll struggle big time if he recruits one and done players. His guys are all about themselves and don't really play as a team

Sure did. One nail found my tire actually. Didn’t find any metal panels tho. Thankfully it was relatively easy to clean up. Bout to go get some temp fencing until I can obtain more panels and posts. I had it easy compared to most. After seeing damage elsewhere and living through last March, this is nothing.
