I believe they are leaning toward something along the line of requiring a player to live in Knox County or surrounding area for a majority of the year for the NIL to be compensated.

I'm not sure if anyone has talked about that angle, but it's probably gonna be a part of most big NILs as a way to remain separated from the university and protection from the player going somewhere else.

If I was a highly touted qb I would spend my first year/redshirt year at clemson/osu/bama to get that nil money and then transfer right back to Tennessee

They said the money didn't come from OSU.
