Let's all post just a bunch of useless drivel so Doc gets 100 pages behind. I know we post useless drivel the majority of the time but let's just post more of it.

How @InVOLuntary sees himself when making a joke…

Just kidding, thought these were pretty good. Your nefarious scheme only netted 26 pages. 🤠

I wish everybody would just quit talking about it...you got guys like dude that don't give a **** how bad your quality of life is, all they worry about is "addiction"...you know what I am "addicted" to?...being able to hike and do other light physical activities I love without being in so much pain it makes me want to die.

I love the stuff, it doesn't "work" like opiates. I can get those in bucketfulls with all the physical issues that I have if I wanted to....I don't, so that should tell you the value of Mitragina Speciosa.

My experience is with people in recovery. Someone with legitimate pain issues certainly need options other than opiates.

Seriously, I'm just ready for the signing period to be over and to see us pursue portal guys. Seems like Justin Williams and Gabriel Jacas are the only two guys we have a shot of adding to this class. Maybe we get really lucky and flip Tolan, but I doubt it. We have to work the portal HARD.

It’s a nice class we’ve assembled, and better than many expected.

Again, I evaluate all of 2021 from the frame of reference of the implosion of the Pruitt era, ~30 players transferring, hiring an AD and a coach later than anyone could imagine, having an NCAA investigation hanging over the program for much of the year.

Landing a class inside the top 20 and playing in a bowl game weren’t even on my radar until honestly the Mizzou game. I had my expectations extremely low until we started blowing them off the field and I started thinking maybe Heupel is working a miracle before our eyes…

We have a staff that can evaluate talent and develop players. The portal was made for them.

I'm gonna have to go ahead and disagree. People are literally dying when they try to stop using alcohol and opiates in some cases.

Yes, the first few days are rough, but a year later, who has relapsed and who is still on the wagon? They are all tough, but long-term I put nicotine up against anything.

Like I said, most of our recovery patients are still smokers years later. Sad but true.

Not bad-mouthing the class. Would I have liked better? Of course, who wouldn't? But it is what it is. It's not horrible, but we still have holes to fill. So now we turn to the portal, and hopefully, we can find some great players and convince them to come here.

Nicotine shouldn't even be included in the conversation when talking about addictive properties. Mentally or physically, nicotine would not even rate on a scale when compared to opiates or alcohol. I've never heard of anyone laying in bed in absolute agony and unable to sleep for days at a time from not having their nicotine. Ive also never heard of anyone robbing their friends & family or turning to prostitution to get their next drag off a Camel light.
