One note from Heupel’s presser I found interesting was his answer to if recruiting has changed with NIL deal and xfer portal.

His answer was pretty refreshing IMO. He was pretty level headed in saying it’s exactly the same, it’s relationship driven, but those things are here to stay and you have to adapt.

Pretty refreshing to hear our coach not piss and moan, but understand the situation and adapt to the new reality.

Hopefully he continues to get ballplayers because I think we might have a legit superstar coach, time will tell though, all about Jimmy and Joe’s.

The clip was on the SEC Network today and I only caught part of it. It sounded weird to hear him talking about it.

I Would hate to be a parent of a kid with this right now. I have 2 boys, one is pretty advanced baseball player for his age, and the other shows a lot of promise.

I could only imagine what it would be like as a parent listening and watching your kids have all kinds of money thrown at them knowing it will change them and their outlook on life forever.

Wild times for sure.

It’s so irritating. The score doesn’t show it, but we really beat OM. We had 7 points taken off the board and Kiffin resorted to flopping. We really out coached and out played OM.
