Just looked at the rosters for this UA game. We don't have a single player on either side.

ESPN has taken their hatred of us to a whole new level.

Or...maybe they are mostly made up of 5*s or at least top 100 players?

Fwiw Nichols is a part of the "All American Dream Show". Though it seems the UA game is the big one these days.

Sure. Then have established super teams like Alabama, and GA that have a surplus of people willing to throw money at their programs to keep them up. Tennessee lacks that level of money.

The only reason I'm watching this UA game is to see if A&M adds their 6th 5*. It's a morbid curiosity. Like rubbernecking a traffic accident to see if someone was hurt or worse.
