F*k man I just realized where basically Kentucky to Florida at this point! We gotta stop that sh*t asap i feel like we constantly repeat the same things but honestly just a feel a different vibe.Now though everyone's on the same page,collectives doing there thing,every sport is doin the best it has in yesrs.Heupel so far has killed it what him and Danny White have done so far is beyond impressive.

I don't think that this team will get hung up in the history of the Tennessee-Florida rivalry. I don't think they're looking at the helmets, except maybe against Bama and UGA. They're going to come out with the sole intent of blowing the doors off of every defense and playing lightning-fast football.

You are who you are. We have continuously failed to expose them or play to the level that we should to beat them. Their bad teams always end up getting exposed.

It cannot be true that year after year, through 6 different coaching staffs, that we have the misfortune of starting slow while Florida always starts strong, and we're just a victim of circumstance.

The hardest runner ever at UT IMO and probably my favorite.

That backfield with Lewis, Henry, Bryson and Stephens has to be one of the all time great backfields. All four would have been starters on most every team in the SEC at that time.

In the last decade, well since 2010, here are the Florida records:

2010 8-5
2011 7-6
2012 11-2
2013 4-8
2014 7-5
2015 10-4
2017 4-7
2018 10-3
2019 11-2
2020 8-4
2021 6-7

Like I said, there are some average to terrible teams in that list of Florida teams. Just because we weren't the team to expose them first doesn't mean that they weren't bad teams all along. 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 stand out as a streak of really average Florida teams that we should have won at least 3 games against. Because of that stretch, and seeing Florida teams like 2021 that weren't great dominate us, and my longstanding hatred dating back to to Spurrier. I will never underestimate a Florida team. I will never fail to completely enjoy a victory over them either.

They have been better for the most part for the past 15 years should we have beat them for a few years in between yeah but that’s like history man

He's still enrolled at Alabama through the end of the semester? Wouldn't be enrolled/signed at Texas until beginning of June?

I dunno man, we've found ways to lose to some PRETTY AVERAGE to TERRIBLE Florida teams.

2007 they embarrassed us even though we won the division.
2010 they were not good and beat us.
2011 they were not good and beat us.
2012 we were supposed to show them what was up at home and they came in and beat us.
2013 they were god awful and beat us
2014 they were terrible and beat us at home in a game that seemingly neither team wanted to win.
2015 Butch found a way to lose.
2016 Butch was busy finding a way to lose until his players had enough and won it on their own (thank you to Dobbs, Jennings, Hurd)
2017 Butch found a way to lose, and they were god awful.
2018 and 2019 they spanked us.
2020 we finally got to play them late in the season, like we've always wanted, and they beat us.
2021 they were TERRIBLE and smoked us.

If we beat Florida 50 years in a row after we won the 51st time I would still celebrate as if we just won WW II. I hate them with the heat of 1000 suns. Their time...is up.
