SMH...I like the guy we have better for what we need. As far as being a Manning goes..Eli was a good QB, but he was no transcendent talent. There is no indication other than his NAME that Arch is going to be anything great.

If he goes to a team like UGA though, as stacked as they are...good is all he has to be.

I'm saying Manning would be a nightmare at Georgia because he is good QB. I never said anything about who is better since no one will know who is better until a couple of years from now. If I had a choice I would take Manning.

I replied to the Saban thread with more info than what was given and didn't deny anything or tell lies. If all you want to read is sunshine pumpers then you can avoid my comments and read how Nico is Patrick Mahomes 2, Saban has paid every player, etc. and feel better while ignoring anything that doesn't fill you with reassurance, whether it is real or not. I prefer reality.

I hate he got robbed, I do (he got robbed as much as Manning did, if not more)...as with most things these days, it's laughable and makes no sense whatsoever; and may, in a lot of cases, defy ALL logic. The thing I hate most, it may hurt his chances of winning College Player of the Year, which he should, running away.

However, I'm glad it happened, as terrible and selfish as it is to say that. Now, an even BIGGER chip on that kid's shoulder. The outside world only sees the cockiness and bravado...this team has a MASSIVE chip on their shoulder, and they have absolutely hated everyone all year. What is this slight going to do to them, especially Lipscomb?!?! These guys have fed like animals all year, off the negative that has come their way...one of their brothers and Sr leaders getting screwed, with such disrespect!!! (not only did Lipscomb not win it in a landslide...two others share it, saying TWO players are better)...

I'm saying it now; and yes, I know baseball, so I don't need anyone telling me what baseball is...I'm saying it now, it is going to take four perfect games, or as close to perfect as a team can get, to beat us...two games to eliminate us from the SEC Tournament, and two games to eliminate us from the NCAA/CWS.
