I get that. I didn't say it wasn't better in some situations or for some people, but you will never get that extreme high that you get actually being present...Those times when you can feel that shared explosive adrenaline-dopamine high down to the marrow of your bones so strong that you can't sleep until daylight the next day.I prefer watching at home. When I was younger, going to games was great, but I can't handle it anymore, health wise. At home I'm comfortable, or at least as comfortable as I can be. No lines for food or the bathroom. No rowdy people bumping into me. I can still act a fool whenever I want.
We haven't had many plays or games like that in the last two decades. I hurt too, I am not in your shape, but it is extremely uncomfortable for me to attend games, but if/when we ever have another really great season...I want to be there at least once when something powerful happens...it will be worth the pain and discomfort to feel that awesome feeling again.
