If I had the money and the time I would be there. I'm not going to act like I like it better watching on TV because it's easier because I don't.
I prefer watching at home. When I was younger, going to games was great, but I can't handle it anymore, health wise. At home I'm comfortable, or at least as comfortable as I can be. No lines for food or the bathroom. No rowdy people bumping into me. I can still act a fool whenever I want.

I've taken plenty of "enhancers" in the past...I'm good..

Am I the only one that thinks the Vol hand sign looks goofy if done with your palm facing out? Back of the hand facing out looks a lot cooler imo. I think Star Trek or something when it’s done palm out

Just want to share a cool coincidence from the SEC Championship game.

My uncle’s funeral was Sunday at 3, and his oncologist (Florida grad, important later) was one of the speakers. Aside from being his Dr through treatment, my uncle also coached his son and they were very close friends because of that. Apparently my uncle made a major impact on his kid during his time as baseball coach.

He ended his speech with “I’m going to say something I’ll never say for another man. Tennessee plays my gators for the SEC Championship today, and all I’m going to say is… go Vols, beat those gators”

As the funeral procession ended, I checked my phone for the first time since the game began. It was 0-0, and in an instant after I saw the score… it updated to 4-0. Drew Gilbert had just hit his bases clearing double as the funeral ended. Thought that was a really cool and fitting end to bring closure to the day for me and my dad.
Chills.

You have proven the "act the fool" part on this forum plenty of times, for sure.

I have never thought of that. Now, I am going to pay more attention.

In any event, live long and prosper.

I’ll definitely trust a well designed peer reviewed study over antidotes, and don’t mean that I’ma snarky way, and hope it works out well for you.

I’m a lifetime natural and no expert on gear, but pretty well read on SARMs and AAS. Everytime I entertain the idea, I research and end up walking away, but all the best to you.
Saw this earlier and thought about ya. Not even a good look and clearly on as much steroids as possible. Just cartoonish and probably won't live past 40 smh.

That yapping little dog prob has bigger nuts than him at this point.Thats just ridiculously overdoing it ive always thought that just screamed look at me look at me...

Congrats to Vol golfer Spencer Cross from Sevierville. All SEC first team and PING All Southeast Region first team. Also Bryce Lewis with second team honors.

Spencer set a single season Vol record with an average of 69.33. He won one big tournament and finished 5th in the SEC Championship. Had 8 top 20's and 5 top 10's on the season. Looking forward to following his pro career in hopes he makes it on the PGA Tour one day.

Another Vol sport that is hitting the national stage.

Wow. Thanks for sharing. Stay strong and at peace.

Quick question, what are the players doing when they squat and cover their face after an extra base hit?

Apparently it is a "prayer to the baseball gods" who have definitely been on our side, so it must be working!

Some say the motion itself is from a video game. Others say they just made it up and it's original. And Jorel has his own celebration.

Regardless they are having fun and it's fun to watch!

The almost spiritual energy of being there when something amazing happens is something you can NEVER have at home...that is really what you pay for. It is a high that watching on TV can not supply.
There's a reason many call Neyland a temple and each fall it feels like we're all making a trek to Mecca.

Definitely has quasi-spiritual feel to it all. Maybe that's what 100,000 humans pulling together feels like. I get the same vibes from Bonnaroo and anyone there will say the same thing. That and Neyland are magical. No other way to say it.

We sure don't get that in day to day life on the streets. More tension than cooperation and radiating positivity.

Poor guy. NIL must really haunt his dreams.
His near monopoly on paying for premium players is over.

The pure lying and hypocrisy in acting like Bama, OSU, Clemson and UGA got those players cleanly, and the stupid idiot media (if not worse..the ones that know and are actually complicit) that enabled that lie make me sick to my stomach.

I've always wanted it to be as amateur and non-mercenary as possible, but those days are over. I hope the new day doesn't become like purely professional team sports, because I don't watch any of them specifically because of the mercenary nature.

Either way, I just want it to be fair competition.

Listened to the first episode at work. Half reminiscing about the good ole days with Chris Peterson, half just clichéd life advice for coaches. He seems like a decent enough dude, but I'm probably less convinced that he's cut out for a major program than I was before.
Shew you should read the Auburn mods and board.

He apparently showed up and right off the bat believed the Boise, Mountain West "ways" were superior to SEC ways. SEC players were dumbed down. He believed he didn't need to make good connections. Didn't attend Auburn events or connect with alumnus. Didn't think recruiting was that big of a priority because his Xs and Os were superior to everyone else in the league.

He's a worse version of Pruitt. He won't last another 2 years, max.

Years from now, there will 350,000 folks claiming they were present when Drew Gilbert hit the grand slam walkoff against Wright State last year. I am sure it was an unmatched, indescribable feeling being there in person.

Edit: Thanks to @volsfan_17 for reminding me the opponent was Wright State and not Ohio.
That's probably the thing I'm sad I missed last summer.

Dead Coach Walking . I actually cannot believe he is still there.

I like seeing our SEC brethren trip over themselves. Talk about pressure to over exceed expectations.
