The one in Beaufort is still open. We ate there when we went to Fripp awhile back. It was really good. The old Dockside in Port Royal burned down and closed a couple years ago. Many of the locals loved that one. There is another one on nearby Lady's Island. This one added Skull Creek to its name so people would not confuse them. SERG Group bought the old large Charley's Crab restaurant facility, poured a bunch of money into the facility and changed it into one of the very best around. Great for families - they have a recreation area with corn hole, playground equipment, table tennis, fire pit, etc. Outdoor and indoor seating and bars. Beautiful view and open from 11 AM to close. The food we've had is just simply great. In addition to the seafood items they do steaks, chicken and all types of smoked barbecue as well. Been open a little over 6 months.

I'm getting hungry again - time to go!

We have friends who have a house on St. Helena. We go about every other year. We love it down there.

Tennessee's contracts for Scott and Warren stipulate that upon finding new employment, the coach "shall not structure the timing of income in order to avoid Coach's obligations or the reduction of liquidated damages owed by the University."

Athlon top 130 starting QB of 2019 has Wil Grier at 1, Tua at 2.
Vols will face 5 of top 11 on that list! Funny, they had Cryst at 70 as starter for Vols...

I think Grier is getting way overrated simply Bc he’s maybe the most known commodity returning. I think he’s a 4th rounder at best in the NFL.

I think they will be at least 3 QBs jump him throughout the course of the year. They always are it seems.

St Helena's starting to get some real estate action going on again. May be growing a bit. The whole Beaufort County is exploding in reality. Even Jasper County to the west is about to blow wide open as they expand the deepwater Port of Savannah 8 miles into SC. Thousands of acres were purchased recently between Beaufort and Hardeeville for residential development of 9500 homes to handle the growth expected from the port activities alone. So your friends' property is going to probably increase in value.

Who makes the call to challenge or not? Would that come through the AD?

My guess is AD runs it by legal counsel to get their opinion. These things are decided by business decisions. It depends on if they use outside counsel for litigation and how much they stand to gain. If the net gain is negligible, they may not pursue.
