I always thought he was the truth. He's arguably a top 5 defensive coordinator IMO. He's done this at three different programs.
Yeah it's a shame what butch must have controlled on the team. But if I remember correctly they probably lose most if not all of the front 7 on D.

I just want this win. Badly.

Will make getting to a bowl a reality.
I feel confident we’ll beat Vandy. I’m not sure who is tougher, KY or Missouri, but we better show up both weeks.

I worry that KY’s strength match up with our weaknesses. Their OL vs our DL and their DL vs our OL. JG needs to have a great day Saturday as do our linebackers.

This game will tell us all we need to know about Tyson Helton.

He needs to know where josh Allen is every play. Part of this falls on JG to by sliding protections but we need to keep a TE/RB on his side most of the game, 95% of our passes need to be 3 seconds and the ball is out or some kind of screen, and maybe rolling the pocket away from him.

He is a great player but you can scheme around a single great Edge on a DL which he is all Kentucky has.

This game will be very very telling.

Don't worry our O-Line has given 3 seconds only a time or two this year. This needs to be 2 seconds and the ball is out which is right around average on our effective pass plays. 2.5 seconds + and JG is guaranteed to be on the ground.

UK game this weekend is basically a swing game for rest of season. Critical

Win and we most likely go bowling with just 1 more win against Mizz/Vandy. We close with a top 10 class. Possible top 5 if we get most of the elite guys. We need the extra 15 practices and bowl experience.

Lose this game and we miss out on a bowl game and we finish top 15 in recruiting and it's a long offseason.

Didn’t realize Vic Wharton was doing so well. Hope he gets to the league, he’s got two little mouths to feed.
It has to be unprecedented how much talent Jones and his band of brothers wasted here. Just a pretty good coach could have done a lot with a couple of those teams.

I think recruiting will be what it's going to be either way. A bowl game would do so much for this team from a developmental standpoint.

I don’t remember feeling like I got nut punched last year!
I remember feeling like Wow! We actually got a Few good ones signed by a HC that had been hired about 2 weeks before!!!

Ya, but there were a few folks ready to fire Pruitt immediately. It was almost comical.

Possible but I think some of the elite guys may be looking for more progress. A bowl game would be a big indicator of that and could be a big factor in deciding to come here or going elsewhere.

It all depends on those who are putting on that uniform and whether they are going to give their all or take plays off. We know they have it in them… We just need the same team who showed up at Auburn to show up on Saturday.

You might be right. I know it's Kentucky, but it would be a solid sales pitch for Pruitt if he could say he beat two top 25 teams in year one. Lets just make sure we don't lose to Vanderbilt. Won't be able to stomach that one.
