Won't put everyone else through reading my stuff again but here's my posts from the conversation where I told everyone not long ago. And thanks guys.

I've had half a banana in the last 2 days and that still caused severe pain. I'm slowly starving and all my hopes are based on a "might help some" surgery and finding a pain med combination that does any good at all.

Hadn't said a whole lot on here until recently.
Just accepting the inevitable I guess and hope anyone else retrieves something/anything helpful from my openness.

Through a series of complications, I developed severe chronic pancreatitis. Whenever I try to eat or drink, my pancreas swells and injects large amounts of enzymes into my stomach. Never knew that kinda of pain existed. Meds help some people, I'm not in that group.

I don't usually blurt that out first because it's most often caused by diabetes or alcoholism. Not in my case but people jump to those conclusions.

All you can hope for is that you have a very slow progression and react well to meds. Unfortunately, mine has progressed an extremely fast pace & the artificial enzymes they give me don't help at all.

The financial devastation on my family has been the worst. Even the 20% co-pays have added up to astronomical amounts. Combined with missing too much work.

My favorite is the Stormlight Archive but Mistborn is terrific also.

Here's another little tidbit to throw salt in Georgia's wound......Had dinner night before last with someone on staff with Lebanon football re: Zion Logue. He told me Zion could only muster a 15 on his recent ACT score and someone on Ga's staff called the coach at East Miss. Community College to see if he could get in their program and that coach told the Ga. staffer "not at this time, we are full." If ya'll kept up with Zion's recruiting thread, then you know I didn't think much of his talents to begin with and thought he was a project at best and I for one am glad he didn't sign with us. He may turn out to be good down the road, who knows, but I'm glad we didn't

*Kacoo's (you were close). It's still around! I met Warrick Dunn there as a kid. I remember thinking we were about the same height.

Just want to say, very happy with the OC hire, just hope the money is worth it on the field. very excited for the next few years.

I get down sometimes but as I'm sure everyone's noticed, I'm a fairly optimistic person by nature.

Make the pain bearable and allow me some half-azzed vegan diet and let's football!
( And basketball too because dem Vols 🔥)
