UT admin and legal are involved. It's more than a violation of team rules. It would be CJH's decision to suspend or dismiss after UT investigates and if they greenlight his return, but CJH won't want to kick him. If the facts support dismissal, others will be pivotal to the decision and the outcome. But that's not the path anyone wants.
I believe it happened in Fort Sanders and the other party is not currently a UT student.
