As someone who doesn’t really hunt I look at that and think, “wow, this cool, I shot a bear…wtf do I do now? Do I eat it? Does it taste good? How the f do I move this thing.”

Bear meat is delicious. Back when Daniel Boone was a market hunter, bear meat and oil was gold. Bear was preferred over venison. Deer were hunted solely for buckskin and the meat wasn't worth much.

Move it like you would a deer. Gut and drag or quarter it and pack it out.
