At 5th I really don't see us missing the CFP unless a few things happen.

Pac-12 champion is a 1 loss Oregon or USC
TCU stays undefeated as the Big 12 champion
Ohio State/Michigan loser stays a 1 loss and it's a close loss
LSU runs the table and Georgia is a 1 loss

If Georgia wins out, Ohio State wins out (and handles Michigan) then we really only need TCU to lose OR the Pac-12 champ to be a 2 loss team.
yeah, i think more has to happen to keep us out, than has to happen to get us in.

which is nice.

I want chaos............

UT
UCLA
TCU
? (whoever)
that would take a lot of chaos.

MICH and OSU would have to lose a game each before they played and whoever won that would have to lose the Big 10 title game to someone that has no shot at getting in.
UGA would have to lose before the SEC title game and lose the SEC title.

UCLA has to win out
TCU has to win out
we have to win out.
(all of these are certainly doable)

and the question mark, would probably be one of Clemson, LSU or UNC...if i had to guess, depending on how those three faired up to and including their respective conf schedules and title games.

it'd be fun for sure.....lol.

Went from darlings to "good luck" real fast.

Hosting a defensively tough Mizzou team for a nooner, then scheduled us for Columbia, SC primetime. *fart noise*

Guys need to be focused. If we can dismantle Mizzou's D then own USC in a hostile road environment that's going to help.

I do not believe that the loser of the OSU/Mich. game is eliminated. Especially if it is a close game. Expect the losing team's narrative to begin unless it is a blowout. It is more likely if OSU loses that the narrative to let them in will begin.

If Michigan loses then what argument is there to keep them in? Who have they beaten? I think their ooc schedule will come back and bite them if they lose.
