This is like a kid getting a paddling in school by the teacher and then going home and getting paddling by both parents.
Uh...my dad always said if I got a paddling at school I'd get it double when I got home. I got my only paddling in kindergarten and learned that lesson early...

I just wrote a song about Tortillas,
Actually it's more of a wrap.. 🥁 🥁

Thank you thank you...I'll be here all nite 🎤🙅‍♂️

Alright y'all sent me down this path with Ghost of Tsushima and now I'm like a hooker whose been given that first hit of dope. I'm on the line and getting twitchy. So who is starting the fundraiser for my samurai armor? I look really good in funny hats.

In all seriousness, it's amazing amazing storytelling. When I went home to claim Jin's armor - that storyline made me cry because the character was put in a position that I'm put in all too often with the SO's illness. I love that there's a ton of seriousness in this game. It's asking moral and ethical questions that everyone should care about regardless of whether or not you're in feudal Japan or in modern day America. War in this case is a necessary evil but what tactics will you resort to and how much are you willing to compromise your beliefs and who you are in order to defeat an overwhelming enemy?

And I understand the Red Dead comparison now. That game is one of my favorites of all time because it's great storytelling and it forces you to confront time moving on and big important questions. It shows you people who are good in their cores that are forced into situations where they have to do bad things to survive and forces you to ask yourself what does that make them in the end? And what of the bad guys who wind up doing good?

I'm a firm believer that some of the best storytelling of our era is being done in games like this. Oddly enough Robert De Niro was one of the first to recognize the power of gaming as a format for art. We still need great novels and great films but games force you to be an active participant in these morality plays and I think that makes them very powerful when the writers and creative directors take on powerful stories.

So yeah, I expect some bright orange samurai armor from y'all. We can even incorporate the power T onto a Dogwood flower for my Sashimono (those little flags samurai would wear into battle). It'd be perfect :)
To be honest, zero idea what most of this means, but giving it a like because you seem to really be enjoying yourself and, from all your posts on here, seem to be someone that deserves it. It's awesome when we can find those games to dive into. The last one I can remember is still Dark Souls...been awhile 😅

Now looking at the game and dang it looks BA 👀

How much can it be downloaded or hard copied for? PS4 here. Could do PC but rather not.

It's pretty cheap at this point. You could probably get it for $30-$40 brand new somewhere, or if you want for a sale which happens frequently, it will drop to about $20 quite often.

I got it through the playstation subscription service so it didn't cost me anything beyond the sub which I got because I knew there were a ton of exclusives that I'd never played. I don't know if the subscription is a good deal for you or not but it was a great deal for me because I hadn't owned a playstation since well it was just a playstation but I think the game itself can be bought outright pretty cheap at this point.

Ohio State landed ANOTHER 5 star WR...shocker. Dudes committing their like Stroud is going to be their QB. We'll see how they do this year.

Checked a bucket list item off today: Went to Augusta National ✅

Pictures don’t do it justice. Course is as pristine as it gets and what a well oiled machine it all is. For tens of thousands of people out there, I don’t think I waited in a line longer than 10 minutes. Hell of a walk around that course though. My Apple Watch said I did 9.5 miles, 18,500k steps and the equivalent of 5 flights of stairs because of the hills and elevation changes. I’m going to sleep good tonight.

Highlights of the day:

Talked with Scottie Schefflers dad for about 15 minutes. Thought he was just some random guy for the first few minutes until he finally gave up that info. Really nice guy. Enjoyed his perspective on the tour and youth golf.

Followed Finau and Rahm practice grouping throughout Amens Corner. Big Finau fan and that’s my favorite section of the course so perfect combo.

As for the upcoming draft... I'm really getting the feeling that Hendon is going to go a lot higher than people think. And even though I'm obviously a homer when it comes to our guys, I think he's at minimum 3rd best QB in the draft.
If there’s one of our players that I hope does well in the draft, it’s him (of course I want all of them to get drafted high). He’s been overlooked for much of his career. I know I overlooked him until he became one of my most favorite Vol.

My friend has worked security there for about the last 5 years. He was paired with Rory, Tiger, Couples, and JT so far this week

How much did you spend at the merchandise store? If you didn’t max out a credit card you didn’t do it right.

If I’m Tennessee, I’m telling the NCAA we preemptively made our fans and program suffer for a dozen years, then we cheated, then we fired everyone who cheated and when you combine the sufferings and the firings together, they more than make up for the modest Gator Bowl win we got for all our cheating.

I say we tell them we will pay the bowl money and that’s it. End of sanctions. Don’t let them push us into cutting scholarships or recruit visits. We cut a bunch in years 1 and 2 under Heupel.
I say we tell them to fold their sanctions in the shape of a large cone and promptly sit on them.
