Oh Pruitt didn’t for sure but I’m just saying UK is a simple run heavy offense putting up very few points…just because “they” say it doesn’t translate to the NFL doesn’t mean it isn’t a winning product…it works in college and that’s all I care about.nobody really watches the NFL anyways and only a small percentage of college athletes go to the NFL so what does it really matter if we are beating top tier opponents and getting Top tier talent.🤔 Kentucky will always be mentioned in the same sentence with Vandy they’re just clout chasing for talking points.
Everyone has a different opinion, but mine is that the NFL is terrible on a weekly basis. . . in season and out.

Every offense is a system. Our system is just better. You're supposed to score as much as possible to beat the other team. If our offense is the best way to get it done, it's the best system. I think we'll start seeing some of our offensive dynamics bleeding over into other college and pro offenses.
Rumor has been that pro days at UT this year included NFL coaches picking Heupel's brain. Both Heupel and Hooker have said in media that pieces of Heupel's system will be translating into the NFL.

That + what Cade Klubnik (and his parents) said about Clemson's new offense. 😆. Now we have Golesh as a head coach, spreading the system. In a few years Halzle will do it. Then the coaches under them start spreading it, so on.

Checked a bucket list item off today: Went to Augusta National ✅

Pictures don’t do it justice. Course is as pristine as it gets and what a well oiled machine it all is. For tens of thousands of people out there, I don’t think I waited in a line longer than 10 minutes. Hell of a walk around that course though. My Apple Watch said I did 9.5 miles, 18,500k steps and the equivalent of 5 flights of stairs because of the hills and elevation changes. I’m going to sleep good tonight.

Highlights of the day:

Talked with Scottie Schefflers dad for about 15 minutes. Thought he was just some random guy for the first few minutes until he finally gave up that info. Really nice guy. Enjoyed his perspective on the tour and youth golf.

Followed Finau and Rahm practice grouping throughout Amens Corner. Big Finau fan and that’s my favorite section of the course so perfect combo.
Was there myself sir. I’ll echo everything you just said about ANGC. 8th wonder of the world IMO! Absolutely breathtaking.

On another note, we’re back folks! If I heard one Go Vols yesterday I heard 50 (conservative estimate). For anyone who was there, I was the guy in the UT orange golf shirt, grey baseball hat and black shorts (stuck out like a sore thumb intentionally). I had to have crossed paths with at least a couple of you morans.

Guess that's relative. Terrible? Not even close. Better than college ball as a fun product to watch? No. But the NFL is miles and miles more entertaining than any other sport not named college football.

Some concepts for sure but overall the rules and hashmarks make a full transitional phase into an offense like Tennessee’s almost impossible at the professional level

Hendon will definitely need 1-2 years to develop. But let’s not act like he isn’t talented.

I don't think he needs that much time to develop at all. He picked up Heupel's system quick. He is a man at 25. Far less development needed than potato head Levis and A Rich. In the right system Hooker is plug and play.

Austin East has had some ballers in past history but Grades are always the issue and the streets
I have a long story to tell, but won't get into all of it now. I worked for almost 30 years near Lonsdale. I had a good friend I worked with who grew up in Lonsdale and still lived there. We got together a rec. league team and my company paid the fees and we wanted to give some local Lonsdale athletes the chance to be on the team. We had some incredible athletes. Just incredible. Who always showed up stoned, who became incarcerated during the season, who got in a fight during practice. The team did not win the rec. league championship because they got into a huge fight in the quarterfinals with a Vestal team. Sadly, a lot of them are dead now. Some were in car accidents, some were murdered. Many are in jail. It is really sad because those guys had plenty of talent and could have played at the next level for sure. Most of them did not even finish HS, though.

The practice rounds are so good because of the laid back atmosphere. Players are relaxed and having fun. I enjoy the practice rounds so much.
It was a nice relaxing environment for sure. I would say I’d prefer a non-Wednesday practice round ticket if I ever got to go to practice rounds again though.. but I’m just being nit picky. Par 3 tournament is cool and all but most of the big names weren’t participating and the afternoon was empty concerning players as they were resting and preparing for today. Either way though, take what I can get and thoroughly enjoyed it!

I think it was re-zoning. A lot of the kids started going to Fulton, even Central.
it was not rezoning. It was recruiting by Central and Fulton. Jalen Steele used his Grandmother's address when he went to Fulton. I think he lived in Carter's district.
