Anyone have any nugs from the scrimmage?

Running backs had a big day as Dylan Sampson hit a long 60+ yard touchdown. Cam Seldon and Desean Bishop also made plays today. That’s back to back scrimmages for Bishop and good for Seldon to have a nice day after being hampered with a shoulder deal.

Some of the busts on defense came from freshmen who missed run fits. All things you would expect and easily correctable.

Quarterbacks “operated” really well today.

The offensive line they believe had a better day but will need to watch the tape to know for sure. -AP

Kiper's assertion that Hendon was throwing to elite guys is ludicrous simply because he helped them to become the elite receivers from his precision passing along with the offensive scheme. I didn't hear any complaints about Joe Burrow throwing to Clyde Edwards-Helaire, Justin Jefferson, Ja'mar Chase, Terrance Marshall or the other NFL players that littered that team.

I'm flattered to be considered for admission, but I'm not dedicated enough to be a true fan anymore. I enjoy reading opinions from fans and pundits more than being a fan and getting all hyped up for games.

The NCAA wants to impose harsher sanctions than UT is willing to accept. UT took a post-season ban and other things detrimental to those who do not deserve it off the table during negotiations, but the NCAA is playing hard ball. So UT walked away from the table. Unfortunate outcome that will drag things out, but not completely unexpected by all. Counsel advised that the NCAA had been trending this way. And, of course, the NCAA finds a way to punish a school they feel needs punishing.

Yeah I still dislike it...funny they didn't find that Kansas bball, UNC bball, and so many other schools/programs needed punishing. Hopefully we come out on the better side of this.

NFL teams have raved about HH's knowledge, work ethic, and leadership. I can take this comment and toss it aside.
