I’ve always hated Georgia. I work right across the border in North GA and commute from God’s country every day. I wear orange or some variation of Vols clothing every day. I make it a point to. This week, both Georgia and Alabama fans have stopped me out at lunch to chirp at me. That’s how I know we’re back and feared again.

Checked a bucket list item off today: Went to Augusta National ✅

Pictures don’t do it justice. Course is as pristine as it gets and what a well oiled machine it all is. For tens of thousands of people out there, I don’t think I waited in a line longer than 10 minutes. Hell of a walk around that course though. My Apple Watch said I did 9.5 miles, 18,500k steps and the equivalent of 5 flights of stairs because of the hills and elevation changes. I’m going to sleep good tonight.

Highlights of the day:

Talked with Scottie Schefflers dad for about 15 minutes. Thought he was just some random guy for the first few minutes until he finally gave up that info. Really nice guy. Enjoyed his perspective on the tour and youth golf.

Followed Finau and Rahm practice grouping throughout Amens Corner. Big Finau fan and that’s my favorite section of the course so perfect combo.
That place is the definition of Heaven on Earth. People who have never walked those grounds can't understand that concept.

Well… the bammer can’t really say too much to you at the moment. The dawg guys can though… they act like we’re historical rivals

Curious how you became a bears fan…???
Chattanooga boy, Falcons sucked and I saw an epic play by Walter Payton on the old black & white. Bears sucked at the time too, but something about the franchise appealed. And I found a book in a classroom...Gale Sayers I Am Third and that only helped.

I am absolutely stunned that 1. This dude thinks he has accomplished something. Newsflash - ya didn't. 2. That the NCAA not only allowed but encouraged it. This is close to what we all bitched about with the East German "women" athletes in the Olympics. 3. That he still had his man fruit and they thought it was ok for him to change with them.

I am so disgusted by all this.
Right there with you! So glad she is speaking up and traveling around. Sad she has to. If you really want to be disgusted, look into what he did after getting his trophy, and the man he lives with posts on social media.

Maybe… and hear me out Mel… Joe Milton is good, too?

Two quarterbacks transfer from different schools after losing their starting spots because they were struggling are now both lighting up defenses left and right. But it is the gimmick system and not the coaching and hard work of the athletes.
