idk what they comment.

the point is, they are gonna nitpick everything we do so keep being authentic. F em'.... Nobody had a problem with UT when they were the doormat of the league. It was crickets. Now they cant stand it and I think its hilarious.
We probably weren't celebrating and acting cocky when were losing.

It's pretty simple imo. It's easy to like your own cocky...winning...players and teams. And it's easy to dislike opponents that are those things as well. See: Southern Miss's best player.

We've just been extremely good...and cocky...the past few years. Honestly, I'd be more worried if nobody was bothered by us. I take the fragility of opposing fans as a good thing. We're relevant in baseball. As 2Pac said..."All Eyez On The Vols"

In winning both regionals, we went 5-1 on the road, with the last two wins being the toughest of environments, being treated poorly by the host team, enduring BS weather delays because the NCAA and ESPN hates us. Eff all them haters. Tennessee's true character was revealed and the rest of the world knows it and they cannot handle it. Eff 'em.
Tack on the Ole Miss series and SECT and we're on a 7-3 heater after being 3-12 to start the season.

We turned the corner as a road/neutral team at the...absolute...last moment...and it's all that matters now

Under the regional circumstances and everything we faced…I feel like we won the college World Series lastnight..this team truly exceeded all expectations and won when they weren’t supposed to…I won’t be mad at this team if we don’t win a game in Omaha..we served USM sausage on a bun lastnight with 102 mph farewell.I’m happy

Ride for Eorlingas, Riide now, ride for death, ride for ruin, e'r the Sun rise!! Or something like that.

prediction from another site about who we will get:
Tennessee’s (hypothetical) 2024 SEC opponents
  • Alabama (home)
  • Vanderbilt (away)
  • Oklahoma (home)
  • Georgia (away)
  • Auburn (home)
  • Kentucky (home)
  • South Carolina (away)
  • Ole Miss (away)

Since they are going with "fairness and balance", bammers schedule will look like this

How virtuous. Which one of you sh!t-heaps is Dr Curry? You must have missed SM fans being "great" at throwing sh!t at Vitello's dad.

Guessing that guy is a fake Vol. In Mississippi? What horrendous acts do you think he’s trying to cover up with this facade?

Steele's SEC Projections:

Tennessee picked to finish 2nd in the East
View attachment 556751

**They have Florida finishing fifth in the East this year

All-SEC Team
Bru McCoy 2nd Team WR 4th
Joe Milton 3rd Team QB 1st/2nd
Dee Williams 3rd Team PR 1st
Jaylen Wright 4th Team RB 2nd/3rd
Cooper Mays 4th Team C 3rd
Omari Thomas 4th Team DT 2nd
Beasley 1st

squirrel 1st
Keyton 2nd

Thornton 3rd

**removed conference position rankings because there's something wrong with his data**

Tennessee Notes:
QB - Milton is in the Heisman mix in this offense.
RB - All three return making this one of the most underrated RB units in the SEC.
WR - The losses are heavy but this will still be a productive group.
OL - They still have 93 career starts and remain a top notch unit.
DL - They are in the same shape as last year.
LB - They get their #1 and #4 tacklers back and add a transfer, so this is still an experienced unit.
DB - Eight are back with starting experience and if they stay healthy they should make solid improvement.
ST - Should have another Top 35 finish.

Phil does talk to a lot of coaches and reporters around the country, so his projected depth chart is interesting:

He has Squirrel on the outsideslot, Bru oppositeoutside, Keyton outside, and Thornton in the slot
FYP

Think we’ll run more 4 wr sets than we ever have. And think that Keyton will be our best WR. Maybe squirrell or Thornton end up having best stats, but Keyton should step right into Tillmans spot and not miss a beat. He’s fast, long, reliable hands. Last year we got just a taste. I expect him to be a leader on this years offense.
