You’ve changed every opinion I’ve ever owned…no matter how long it took to formulate them. 😴
Opinions are wonderful. And subjective.

I thought you were making declarative statements.

My bad.

I don’t know…don’t think it was ever officially announced. You think he would’ve let him skate if he had FAILED the drug tests due to cannabis?
I thought Cobb was cocaine.
I have always thought it was cocaine; but, im not sure ive ever read or seen anything concrete that's what it was...later on, he was in trouble a couple of times for cocaine.

He had also failed multiple drug test at UT, before Majors finally kicked him off, like 3 or 4.

Trout couldn't hold Griffey JR. Jock strap playing in the outfield nice try though... Griffey by far was a better five tool player than Trout.. btw check out Cabrera in Miami in his first years playing right field pretty good..
Cabrera could always swing the bat. If you can do that, they’ll stick you somewhere.

But he was a way below average defender in RF for Miami. Not good at all.

Florida fans are somehow certain Graham Mertz will be good and they are gonna have no problems with Utah with or without Cam Rising.

Please football gods let them fall on their face 🙏
One of their latest arguments is because Hooker wasn’t that good at VT and became a phenom at Tennessee that Mertz will do something similar.

Honestly do you think Tiger Woods was that much better in his era or just lack of good players??? Remember Nicklaus had Watson and Trevino and the list is long...
I think the “golden era” had more great players, but Tiger was something special. He would be great in any era.

If Tiger played in that era, I don’t think he would have won as many, but still great

they have been LOUD on social media ab this season. I been seeing a lot of this as you have.

I know the line dropped bc Rising from Utah is uncertain but i think Utah is now severely undervalued. Going into Salt Lake to face Kyle Whittingham's boys while relying on Graham Mertz should never have a fanbase so confident. That defense could eat him alive.

What REAL “reports” are we getting tho? I don’t think he’s ready for the pace and style of this OL just yet, but he has a redshirt to burn and everything else to develop. Anybody else here seriously believe Ollie Lane and Jackson Lampley would be realistic options as recently as one year ago?
The effort has to be there. Players have to learn how to "strain" in this offense and that has nothing to do with natural talent. It's part of the reason why a lot of OL don't come here. You have to be on a different level of in-shape. Yes, that could change...but right now there is nowhere near that level of self commitment with Johnson. Take a guy like John Campbell. He transferred in and completely transformed his body in the off season. So did Castles at TE.

sample size was larger for Mertz at UW too but they dont want to hear that.

And they dont run our offense. Lots of ways to kill that narrative they wanna push.

Posted this in the Wyngo thread but am wondering what you morans' thoughts are on this?

So if NIL cannot be tied to signing with a particular school, then what stops Missouri athletes from collecting compensation for a few months and then signing with another program?

https://www.si.com/fannation/colleg... disallowed by,going to any particular school.

"recruits cannot sign any NIL deal contingent on going to any particular school"
the collective ties them to terms that they would be unable to meet if they attended any other school or lived in any other town.

i.e. random signing at such and such business at 8:15am on Tuesday, in-person radio show post-game for these home games, in-person meet and greet for collective members sunday morning at 10am, so on and so on

They've said he'll be the next

Joe Burrow, Hendon Hooker, Bo Nix, Michael Penix etc.

You know what all those guys were before they popped? Waaaaaay better than Graham Mertz

I'm also tired of the argument that HH was bad at VT, was clearly one of the best QB's in the ACC when he was there. Every VT fan loved him and couldn't believe he got benched.

They are bragging he will be Bo Nix? The same Bo Nix that played at Auburn? Well hopes usually begin at a lower level for some teams...

Same. Did my junior year of college in Florence

IMHO need to remain in Naples only long enough to have a pizza. Naples is the industrial shipping center of Italy; think rail yards, tower cranes, and cargo containers
Agree on Naples. The only thing there is a really good museum, National Archaeological Museum. Go to Pompeii and on to Amalfi Coast.

Yeah I did some digging about Utah

Their people are talking about how they were young last year and return a ton. They're 16th in the country in returning production, back to back Pac 12 champions, probably a hall of fame coach and home field.

Their back up is a third year player and has a start and a win under his belt. Had a game tying 4th quarter drive against Ohio State in the rose bowl a couple years ago fresh off the bench. So he knows the system and has ability.

Florida has 52% completion percentage Graham Mertz (against quality competition) 107th in returning production and they just lost a starter on both lines of scrimmage and it's like their first non-conference road game in several decades right?

I'm taking Utah and the over easily
