Looks delicious. I grill a lot, smoke stuff often. I only have charcoal for both, but gonna get either a gas, or pellet smoker soon. I want to do brisket, and need something I can control the temperature better.
The lady and I were spoiled by her parents and they bought us an Oklahoma Joe offset/gas grill combo. I love it so far

Just saw this Butchism:

“I first want to state this,” Jones said via RedWolfReport on YouTube. “We call it an organizational chart. Everywhere I’ve been, we’ve called it an org chart. Everybody’s considered on a thing called a depth chart. Really, that doesn’t mean anything in today’s world of football. That’s like something that people talked about 20 years ago, 15 years ago. All that means is who’s going to take the first rep. You know, I know coach Saban’s made a big deal of it, but most coaches do. Because you need, as we found out, you need more than 11 individuals on both sides of the ball to play winning football.
Sleight of hand

That’s true. But the Giants could send some serious bats to the plate too.

Willie Mays
Little Barry
Mel Ott
Willie Mccovey
Bobby Bonds
Buster Posey
Will Clark
Matt Williams
Bill Terry
Jeff Kent

They had the better rotation too with Christy Mathewson anchoring.
Kershaw is 12-4 2.48. ERA 120 SO and a 1.02 WHIP...Not to bad for a 35 year old whose top speed on his Fastball now is 92MPH

Offensive line intel from Tuesday’s media appearances –

Omari Thomas was asked what he was seeing from the OLine. He said the OLine is going to be good. They play aggressive. They play fast. They’re physical. That’s what they do. With Cooper out those guys have stepped up. They’ve raised their play. They understand. They’re communicating, going through the offense. You see those guys putting in the extra work. They’re continuing to grow with each other so they’re going to be a good offensive line.

Jacob Warren was asked what stood out to him about John Campbell Jr as a player. Jacob said the biggest thing with Campbell is passion. Maybe what a lot of people haven’t seen about him is his fire, the way he motivates his players and his teammates. That guy came here to win games and he came here to be a part of this culture. Jacob said he gave Campbell a ride home in the spring and as they were talking John told him the reason he came here was it looked so much fun to play here and how much everyone cared about each other. He said that had been all he had heard about this place and we were having success so why not be a part of that. Jacob said Campbell is an amazing talent and he’s going to help us out a lot. Just the passion and the fire he brings for his teammates is amazing.

Jerry Mack said our offensive line has really grown a lot in the last couple of weeks. The RBs know that the OLine is going to create holes, create gashes for them to run through. Mack said our top 3 backs, Wright, Small, and Sampson, have really grown in pass protection, what he called taking care of the trash that might show up in the backfield on passing plays. Small and Wright in particular were motivated by the pass pro struggles of their room during the ’21 season and Dylan from a mistake he made last year in the LSU game. The room takes a lot of pride in their performance in pass pro.

I think Heupel has his last game week media availability later today and the OLine likely gets brought up again. I'll be listening. Tonight is Vol Calls; surely at least one caller will ask about the OLine. I'll be listening for any new intel but so far the word from both coaches and players in the last couple of weeks has been the same, we're coming together fine on the OLine. jmo.

We've spent about 5 weeks in southern Utah and northern Arizona on 2 different trips. That still wasn't enough time to do and see all the must-do things there.
No...I only had 4 days, but we packed in a ton in those 4 days...but missed so much doing it. My wife loves the Greater Yellowstone "area" too, but now her favorite area that we have been to is the beautifully colored and crazy shaped areas of Utah-northern Arizona.
