Yours doesnt match mine. I dont think Wharton will be over Jenkins or Johnson this year. JMO

You also have Ellis as the last guy in the TE spot. VQ had him as the post spring starter on their board.

Saulsberry will more than likely be starting

and both CB depths are up for debate

All JMO though

Is this to say the 2-deep is up for debate, or you really think Cam's spot isn't guaranteed?

Nice chart. I take it these rankings are from Rivals? Asking only because Dobbs was a 4-star on every other service besides them and a consensus 4S per the 247 composite.

Yeah rivals. I made that chart 3 years ago and just sort of keep it updated. I mostly look at the composite now as well; I just never revised the chart for that.

Cam is the only one thats locked down.

We dont know if Berry will pass Jones.
We dont know that Gaulden will pass Moseley or Foreman.

The Williams kid (i think its his name), the walk on track guy, might crack the 3 deep also

I wouldn't argue with any of that. Are you going to post your full depth charts? :)

The Carr loss only stings because of wasted potential. We thought he was going to be big time coming out of high school, but it was becoming apparent, for whatever reason, that was wrong.

I'd rather have the extra space and wish him luck in the future. Bring on some more DL!

No Wheel of Time spoilers!! I just got into the series. I'm about halfway through the second book. I'm loving it so far! I'd read all the GoT books that had been released and then started WoT while I was waiting for the next one.

I was in the same boat with GoT. Needed a fix and WoT provided. Enjoy. The story gets better and better.

Ahh well doesn't hurt that he saw him.

True. He did talk to me and my wife for awhile. Absolutely loved the fact that Jr's middle name is Peyton.

He was leaving and I just waved and said "Go Vols". Wasn't paying attention and he walked up behind me and my wife to introduce himself. Wanted me to point out who my kid was. He said "he's pretty big for a kicker".

Jr was embarrassed.

If i had a layout like that, i would

I can update that layout according to your directions. I just cut and paste in excel to move bricks around. A week or two ago I moved Carr to OT because Butch said, "He was okay with that." Obviously, Jason must have had second thoughts because now I've had to cut and paste him off the board. I expect a few more to disappear in the runup to fall camp. Anyway, I can even add Michael Williams if you tell me where you want him. :hi:

P.S. I put Gaulden at CB so BB wouldn't give me hell. :)

All part of the grand plan. Another step forward today. :)

Can we move him to DT, TE, or safety? I likes big safetys

Free read:

Jones confirmed Tuesday that the 6-foot-5, 292-pound Carr, a rising sophomore lineman from White Station High School in Memphis, Tenn., has decided to leave the program and transfer to another school.

““I spoke with Jason earlier today. We met about his future and his future plans, and right now he’s in the process of prioritizing some things,” Jones said during Tuesday’s Big Orange Caravan stop in the Nashville area. “He’s a tremendous young man — great character — and we wish him all the best.”

Jones said he doesn’t believe Carr, a former Top247 prospect, chose to transfer solely because of his recent move from defensive tackle to the offensive line — or for any other single reason, for that matter.

“I think it was multiple things,” Jones said. “And we wish him luck.”

Tennessee Vols coach Butch Jones discusses lineman

I had missed this earlier and the roster shows Jason as a sophomore heading into this year. This is a report from January. Anyone know which is correct?

Defensive linemen Jason Carr and Jaylen Miller have both been granted medical redshirts, which means they’ll enter the 2014 season as redshirt-freshmen.

Two Vols Granted Medical Redshirts

There seemed to be a lot of confusion when the story came out.
