The BabyVol I'm talking about consistently brought legit info and was well known to posters on that board as a person who had serious contacts. However, he was dead wrong on Gruden last time around.

No babyavi was a different poster. Haven't seen him in a while. He's the 24" Mac with the cherry oak desk that was frequently hacked by his two juvenile boys. The current poster OGbabyavi is a good dude.

There was a babyvol on here that posted lots of "insider info" last search, and I remember everyone seemed to believe most of it. But I dunno if it was ever questioned if he was the insider babyvol or if he was an imposter

BabyVol wasn't wrong about Gruden last time. AD Hart just wouldn't sign off on the deal! That won't be the case this time!

There is a lot more smoke around Gruden than there was in 2012.

I think the rumors definitely seem more legitimate and believable this time around, with ESPN and MNF running on hard times, our program being in better shape, and him actually visiting Knoxville. However, I think in 2012 there were at least a few media members who thought there was something to the rumors. This time around, there don't seem to be any. All reputable media sources seem to simply reject the notion out of hand. Makes me think that if something is going on behind the scenes, it is very far from a sure thing.
