I do not agree with threatening anybodies life.

It is as plain as can be though. Do your job, hire a respectable football coach and problems like that wont be an issue.

Did Currie ever meet with Mullen? I thought I read that agents got the paper work together and we messed around and UF got him. Is that right or did we interview him? I know we were supposed to but it never happened did it?

I'd have to see it to believe it.

Now with the scare tactic..Doeren will do no better than Tee. I guarantee you 6-10 losses every year with garbage hire Doeren, you are realllllyy trying to hard. At least Tee can recruit.

It’s just a horrible look in general. Coaches are going to increasingly just avoid this mess with every potential hire that our fanbase filibusters. We already can’t get anybody to bite—it will just continue to get worse if we keep protesting hires.

Fine. Luckily for me, I don't give a **** about you. You are trying to convince people to support the hire. It isn't going to happen. This isn't 2012. There is only so much **** that people will take.

You at least have to admit that 6-10 losses a year would be a new low for Doeren... he has been more successful than that previously.

We can't get anybody to bite because we aren't asking the right people. Do you think Doeren is motivated to come here because he loves UT?

Has he ever been inside Neyland stadium? That is a serious question.

We do not have to support whatever **** ass hire they shove down our throat. If we do, they will continue to do this to us. They and people like drylo who just blindly follow are the reason we are in this situation and will stay in it.

Would we have protested if we had came out of the gate offering Chip Kelly, Peterson, Patterson, Jimbo, Mullen ect 7 mil?


No we wouldnt have because thats the kind of coaches we need, want, and deserve. Did we do that? No. We were force fed Greg Effin Schiano right off the bat.

It is absolutely not amusing to me, and it is not crazy talk. You try really hard to defend and deny the monstous betrayal that has been committed against this loyal, dedicated fanbase. Blaming the abused pissant masses that have filled Neyland despite being treated like doormats instead. You deserve any accusation or dislike hurled your way at this point. You have sided with the enemy.

If you don't want to support it, don't support it. Don't give, don't go, don't buy anything orange. Cheer for somebody else or do yardwork on Saturdays. Nobody's making you support UT if it's not up to your standards.

I do not support doing that. It is wrong and indefensible. Telling someone they are not welcome is understandable, it is all that needs to be said.

Let me guess—we should ask Kiffin because he has been inside Neyland Stadium and truly treasures Tennnessee...

Maybe you’re setting up for Tee Martin... Loved him as a player here, but the guy is just an OK co-OC and has never run a program before. Supposedly he would recruit better than other candidates—let’s say he actually can. Can he coach and put a good staff together? That VFL smell will start to wear off pretty quick, I think. Missouri fans wanted their “True Son” Odom fired less than a year into his tenure.

Literally just this morning another poster was accusing me of being too negative about everything. Now I’m a stooge of the AD. *shrug*

And do you know how players bolting could have been avoided? If there had been someone in the AD chair that didnt have their head up their ass that would have hired a decent coach from the get go of this clown show. Who put that guy in that AD position?

He only won 3 games his first year as a P5 coach.

He inexplicably loses to s****y teams every year. That’s in a low pressure environment like NCSU. The SEC will chew him up and spit him out.

Hilarious. Who do you think Mizzou fans would choose between Odom and Doeren right now?

And while I wouldn't actively campaign for Kiffin, I would damn sure take him over Doeren.

There was a very public offer made to Gundy. Why wasn't there equally public offers made to Petersen? Why weren't offers made to Leach? Strong? Taggart if we are looking at .500 coaches?
