Have a great time. Tried to talk a Tuesday ticket out of a friend since it's my birthday. Really worked him over. For some reason he thinks his dad should have it. :)

The Freedom of Information Act is the law that requires public institutions and the like to release information to the public, media and what not. According to that article, before, things we released three days after happening. Now, the institution has 90 days to wait before they have to release it.

Really doesn't help with success, but it could help relieve criticism and pressure about specific things because more time goes by before it can be reported. Helps protect information coming from the program.

Anything that the media requests through the Freedom of Information Act. Just like the request that was made for Butch's phone records. As the article states, allowing them 90 days means they can structure something during a certain time of year knowing that people won't care in 90 days. Again, nothing that will bring wins; it is just a way to protect to make things tougher for the media.

Gotta love Kamara. It's crazy how bad Bammers hated on him when he left and I'm sure something went down but probably nothing like they thought. He was unhappy there by all accounts but it seems like a happy, more mature, Kamara is one cool dude.

And even if they proved something, what would that be exactly? Remember what this lawsuit is about--institutional sex discrimination (not whether Butch called Drae Bowles a traitor, etc.).

I remember reading about the growth of mustaches by young baby boomers and how at the time it was a sign of rebellion because people expected everyone to be clean shaven. It's crazy the arbitrary rules we put on people. Some just want to control everything about a person.

This whole phone record thing is great news IMO. It means that this is the best they could do to try and keep the story in the news and drag UT's name down. They're running out of bullets in their gun if the best they could come up with is Butch calling people.

Just wait until Bruin debates that Butch dropped a deuce after making those phone calls to Drae and his dad, and it must imply that he is guilty of some kind of wrong doing because it scared the poop out of him.
