Do you really believe having Sutton, JRM, Kirkland, and a couple of the O-line would have made that much of a difference? We can compete with about any team not named Bama. They are in a totally different league. It's not even close. They have former NFL coaches that all they do is watch film. It's a machine.
the o was severely handcuffed against a future nfl front 7 with back up o line and a skinny red shirt playing right tackle. do you guys not understand that? and on d we were without cam, jrm, dkjr, kahlil, dob, mcdowell, foreman it never stops. 8 starters. it didn't matter who was calling plays today.
Agreed. If anything you probably not going to beat bama twice in one season. If your going to split might as well be when half your starters are out and during season instead of championship. I guess that guy doesn't realize how much different our team will look with Kirkland, McDowell, Sutton, Foreman back along with a full game of Hall and Kendrick.
If we play in ATL i guareentee bama will prob be overlooking us and we might just make them pay fornit
It's really not worth asking anymore.
Jones said mid week wiesman was the only player questionable and we saw today that he flat out lied. We should stop listening to him on the front.
Anyone find it intersting that JRM wasn't on the sidelines? Bet he had surgery this week even though jones said all week he hasn't decided yet
Yes I have figured it out. I think thier 2s and 3s are just as good as our ones and in many cases better. And better coached. There are certain positions on this team that are not being coached up very well at all.Not a couple of the Ol..FOUR of them... And yeah I believe that having JRM and Sutton and Kirkland would have made a huge difference...plus you still have not figured this out..that was not the scenario. The scenario was in a reversed situation. Man you are one of the smartest guys on this board. Have you been drinking or something? Not being a smartaleck. I think we arguing about two different scenarios. Did you not read the original post that started all this?
Butch has brought us out of the gutter. Today looked Dooley esque but injuries will do that. I can't do anything but trust his "6 or 7 years to build a program" comment and see where we are in 2018 and 2019. Because he'll be here that long at least unless we finish the season disastrously and have a terrible 2017.
I still think we win 10 this year and possibly 10 next year as well. But there's a big difference between a Mark Richt 10-2 and a "competing for championships" 11-1.
