I wonder if the staff knew we were likely to lose the game and wanted him healthy. And so they told him to get rid of the ball fast and take care of himself on the field.

We have been made of glass up to this point and losing Dobbs for several games on top of everything else could have derailed the season.

I didn't say it made you a loser. I said don't ever call me one again. I think at full strength we go toe to toe with them...I am not in awe of them..they beat up the JV squad tonight...big deal.

Well the way I took it you don't have the right to call me a loser cause if I'm one you're one too. But I don't think I've called you a loser anyway. But you and me are good just the same. :)

Given that, that jv team you witnessed tonight is likely the first team at many positions next year.

Saban, Kiffin, and their stupid team and fans can all go to hell. It's one thing to beat us and they certainly did. Granted with only half a team due to injuries, but they won. It's another thing for their player to smack and taunt one of our fans, talk smack after the game, kiffin throws his visor apparently at our fans, and then come smoke cigars on our field. Can't wait for their damn corrupt house of cards to crash down.

This was not a good day for recruiting... Cam Akers witnessed the beat down and us running up the middle on first and second down every series...today's play calling did not do us any favors....

Well. If we make Atlanta and beat them, it'll make for a good storyline to go from this to that. Valley to peak. Either way, we should end the regular season 10-2 (almost 11-1). Butch is doing a good job. Perfect storm today resulted in our embarrassing destruction. We'll bounce back. Go Vols!

Y'all knew it was going to take 40+ to have a shot at beating them. You won't hear me say a bad word about the defense because they're just obliterated with injuries.

The offense in its entirety cost us this game. Coaching staff & players. Kamara only getting ten offensive touches is asinine. Infuriates me.

It will be interesting to get VFL34's take on tonight when he posts. I would like to hear how the team is handling this loss, injuries, and now having to fight to the end, and get some luck, to make it to the championship. Hope these comments from Saban, etc piss them off for the rest of the season.

With the way that A&M and Bama have been able to gash us with the run late, I'm not so sure that the home stretch will be a cakewalk.

This is exactly where I stand.

Everybody knew we had to come out wide open on offense. Everybody knew to beat Bama you had to make them cover the whole field. What do we do? We let them guard about 5% of the field. We continually spotted them a down by running it right at the strength of the defense on first. Then punting putting a depleted, decimated, and tired defense right back on the field.
