I do admit they were. Is it possible they get so few opportunities that they press when their number is called? Just spitballing
has anyone figured out what happened to our team this year? I know there were lots of things like injuries, hurd and others. But we did not play one good football game this season, other than tt. From the opening game we struggled. Slow starts, sluggish games, flat performances. An entire season and not one complete game. Anybody ever figure this out?
That was me and I stand by it. Sumlin has had his chance in the SEC. He has been loaded with talent, and is an 8-4 coach. The other guys on the other hand, have taken garbage programs to great success. I would rather take a chance with one of them than with Sumlin who has proven that he is no better than average in the SEC

I don't see Dabo wanting to follow saban, it would be a dropoff. Hes good, but not saban good, kiffins cocky enough that given the opportunity I think he'd jump on it
Our conversation was very civil.
It's difficult on a message board to keep up with a topic with so many different posts going on. I get how it can get misconstrued as I was dogging those coaches. Wasn't. Merely posting records in comparison.
Against whom? He was the best QB in the SEC. Imagine if OL wasn't piece meal against most teams.
App st, Ohio, bama, scar and vandy. I think the coaching staff kept him reigned in those games.
Tell me, do you recall him hitting a hot read on a corner or safety blitz? Do you honestly think the coaches gave him the green light to pull the ball and run on the read option in every game? Because if they did he wasn't very good at it in those games.
I'm not knocking Dobbs, he is one of my favorite all time VOLS., I just think he could halve been better in certain games and I blame it on coaching.
Croom had some big drops during the year too. Would have liked to see us throw that seem route to him several times this year though.Could be, idk? I forget which game it was, maybe aTm, but Wolfe had a horrible game, several 3rd drops that would've kept drives alive. He had some highlights, but for the most part, was a disaapointment.
