I think there are some positives and negatives from each scenario that could happen. My biggest negative from playing in December would be that I want to play UF before they figure out (or IF they figure out) these offensive struggles.

I just hope that whoever is at wr they are on the same page as QD or JG. Reading coverages and knowing where to go against zone coverage is a must.

As bad as our defense was the other night, they still were going up against a team who was definitely clicking. Florida couldn't score against air right now.

I want to play them ASAP.

Normally I would agree though. I wanna see that game moved to the end of the schedule. Seems like there's been several years that Florida collapsed midseason after beating us.

I just think we need a DL with more experience to win that game. To be honest I don't think their offense is going to be a good one at any point this year so that is a wash.

Latrell Williams may be that guy at WR. The WRs are better this year and that's without Jennings. The young guys are natural receivers.

I think you may be right but what would they have to do to all of a sudden justify reinstating them all? It would look too convenient and obvious and they would have to have some concrete reasoning now that the national media is aware of it all... they would almost have to say the CC investigation is now over and they were found of no wrong doing... I thought this was in the hands of the administration anyway and out of shark humper?

Agree. First game with new QB, and, let's face it, other than Byrd, it was the only meaningful snaps any of the receivers have ever played. We shouldn't be surprised that there were some struggles. That makes Callaway's performance even more impressive. I trust the passing game will be much much better as the season goes on and a rhythm is established.

I think this will all come down to whether or not our O line is able to give QD/JG enough time to throw and make his reads... at this point I will be worried if either QB is rushing or running for his life all day -- that will equal bad decisions and bad throws.
