I don't think we did it in 2016, maybe we only do it with inexperienced QB's?

I think we did it first two games also, but I'm not 100% sure

Same reason Bruce Pearl was a deity here. It's very possible no one on this board will be alive next time UT basketball is ranked number 1.

That said, I don't think Mullen is either the best or the most realistic candidate IF we have a vacancy.

I absolutely agree but that's not regardless of record. Also on Larry...he's very wrong about his posts regarding our talent level. The draft last year showed it, we are not in any sort of talent deficit compared to anyone but Clemson and Bama. And we weren't as far off as he's making it.

Im kinda on board with going after Tee when the season ends if we strike out on Stoops/Kelly/Gruden, which we likely will. I would hate to see another team get him.

I get fired up just thinking about Tee Martin roaming the sidelines for some reason.

As much as people on this board would love for it to be true the world and UT for that matter don't revolve around the Haslems. Do they have input and the ear of the AD more than you and I? Sure. Are they the sole decision makers? No

In regards to his opinions, he has sold the program short for a while now.

He obviously has connections though. He has been saying similar things in regards to losing to either UK or Vandy ever since the loss to Vandy last year, I'd say he's heard that from a pretty legit source.

I disagree. Money talks, and as far as UT is concerned the Haslams are the money. When you have the business school, music school and practice fields named after you, and have given one of the largest donations to the school ever (32.5 million) and would probably be asked to chip in for buyouts and/or new salaries you have a lot of sway.

The game kicked off at a line of 7. We covered lol
