so ky game field goal before half.ass right. Qb overthrow receivers. ass right. highest scoring team ever. ass right. Not saying I liked them all but really need to check yourself on your commentary.Horrible officiating but none of y’all are holding JH accountable for bad play calling and clock management..he’s been straight ass all year..
Even when you knew they would be down their best player on offense and defense? Even though our offense has been as good as it has been? Come on man. Get real. You didn’t expect us to lose to freaking PEddie.
The whistle does not matter. It does not matter. By rule, the whistle does not end the play, the action on the field does. The whistle does not matter. I don't know how that's unclear. If the official determined forward progress was stopped and literally never blew the whistle, it would still be ruled that forward progress was stopped. It's bad mechanics and seriously undermines the trust we have in officials, but he could have never blown the whistle at all and by rule his decision still stands.Everything you’re saying about whistles being dropped is irrelevant. The whistle blew! No whistle was dropped! So quit the booger flicking and moving goal posts. In a situation like this, the whistle serves as much for validation as it does to stop play.
We could have (and should have) done things better to not be in that situation, but alas, we were in it. Calls like that should never affect the outcome of the game. EVER.

That is exactly the opposite of the rule. The whistle does not stop the play. It notifies the players that the play has been stopped. It does not stop the play.He somehow marks him down a yard and half behind where the ball actually was
It's utterly preposterous how they can go with the refs incorrect spot and just dismiss when the whistle was blown, which was after he crossed the plane.
It doesn't matter if the ref was in the process of ruling him down, the whistle is what stops play! There was nothing stopping the players from playing!
Yes...the fault for this game lies squarely on the defense. I don't know about stats, but IMO this was the worst game they played this year. They had been pretty good about not giving up huge plays until today.Listen…
63% 378 Passing Yards 5 TDs 0 INTs 1 Fumble with 62 rushing yards is objectively one of the best QB performances UT has seen in nearly 2 decades.
Small had 180 rushing yards and 1 TD, another stellar performance.
Tillman had 150 yards and 3 TDs, again an ungodly game.
Our defense has got to improve BIG time, the offense should be able to win going away if they hang 45 points on a team, period.
That is f'n garbageThe whistle does not matter. It does not matter. By rule, the whistle does not end the play, the action on the field does. The whistle does not matter. Give it a rest, you are completely wrong here and are just continuing to double and triple down. It was an absolutely horrible stop of forward progress. The whistle does not matter.
