Devo182 … I was in Ashville several years ago for an FDA conference. Some local folks took us out to the family style restaurant. The building kind of looked like an old Stucky's about 10-15 minutes from the airport. Would you happen to know the name of this place? Really Good home style food.

VFL...GBO
Hmm good question but idk. The airport is also at the very edge of the county, so you could have even been in Hendersonville or some other town. Would like to know! Sounds good.

The mask isn't to protect you it's to protect others in case you are an asymptomatic carrier. I don't understand why so many object to wearing a mask. Businesses absolutely have the right to require mask in their facilities. I wear a mask because I'm courteous to other people, not because I'm afraid that I'll get it. Seems like the right thing to do. Seems like the Christian thing to do. It would bother me if I knew I inadvertently infected someone and they got severely ill and/or died.

Don't wear a mask and don't plan to but I will get six feet of distance as long as you do as well. If you have a n95 then that will be effective but all this bandana and home made crap will not do the job. Went to eat for third time inside a dining facility locally. The guy had mask hanging below his nose and worse thing is he kept pulling at it and it kept falling and he kept freaking touching his nose over and over again. Mask was making it worse not better. then you cough or sneeze into it and later touch that and your fingers go everywhere. Other place I went thru a drive thru and no gloves and mask hanging just over the mouth and not the nose. It is not effective if it is just a piece of cloth. Staying away is more effective than the mask!

Yea, and he would make sure he cared for those who couldn't. He would encourage others to sacrifice when they could for others. I don't see how wearing a mask is much to ask to potentially keep another from suffering. I wear a mask to hopefully lessen the spread to those that might not fair as well.

I'm all for opening things up. It's been long enough. Having said that if making a small sacrifice such as wearing a mask is too much for you, if it inconveniences you, then by all means don't wear the mask. I would hate for you to be inconvenienced.

Mask give people a false sense of security and the majority do not wear it properly.

Do you realize how selfish you sound? This isn't about you. As much as you'd like it, the world doesn't revolve around you.

"I don't live in fear of no virus. If you don't want to catch it, you stay home. I should not have to be inconvinced by having to wear a mask, dad gummit! Screw everyone! If I have it and I go blow snot all over the broccoli at the Publix, well by God that's my right! Screw everybody, I ain't wearing no stinkin' mask, it's my right! "

Who the **** are you to say because he's wearing a mask he is also going to blow snot on food to get people sick. It's a damn virus and people die and we've ruined an economy over it when we have had a very small bump in overall expected deaths during these couple of months from what would've been predicted at this time a year ago. People over 70 are more likely to die from this just like they are more likely to die from the flu, a broken hip or heart disease and I could go on and on. Why? Because 76 is life expectancy and when you get to 70, you are getting pretty darn close to that and virus' have been killing elderly people for decades because our immune systems are not the same as we get older. We will all die and if you are that scare of maskless people then don't leave you from door ever again because several other things are going to get you. People wearing mask while driving alone in their cars and passing out and wrecking cars which can also kill people is just freaking ridiculous. I am so sick of all this ****.

I've been going to the gym this week. They screen you, spray down your hands with disinfectant and take your temperature before you go in. Then you wipe everything down before and after you use it. It is a great system and I do not wear a mask when I work out because it just seems like overkill. My wife does and that's fine. If you want to wear a mask, wear one. If you don't, don't. If you don't, have some distance awareness and everybody will be fine.

Oh my gosh. Jaw agreed with me the other day and now bignewt. Go Dark side baby. It is fun. This is what I wanted to say. Much better form than me. I just want to beat the hell out of someone and can no longer get on a football field to do it legally.

People die, and are gonna keep on dying long after this stupid virus is gone, or should I say..till it is no longer a "thing"...

It is you guys want to make this a chinese water torture experience for everybody..."FEAR FEAR FEAR FEAR FEAR FEAR FEAR ..or you arecall gonna DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE!!!"

Can you really not understand why or how this is driving a lot of us up the freaking wall?

HELL YEAH

If that's the case that's fine. Problem is you can be tested one day and be clear, get exposed the next day. Become contagious the next day and not show symptoms.

People can do what they please. That's fine by me but it just seems like such a small sacrifice to me to help prevent the spread. To label me a "fear zombie" because I think it's the right thing to do is laughable.

The man is controlling you. They now know they can pull your strings and make you dance like Dan Mullen

All I read here is me, me, I, I .

I will wear my mask, to protect others. When I go to the grocery store, I'll wear my mask so if I happen to be a carrier if I sneeze or cough I am less likely to spread my germs onto the tomatoes or the cucumbers, or the load of bread.

If I drive, I'll wear my seatbelt. I'll take reasonable precautions.

Again, this isn't about me, it's about my neighbor. Y neighbors grandmother.
It's about the little old lady I don't even know. It's about the diabetic child. It's not about me. I hate the mask. They are uncomfortable to me to. To me it's a small sacrifice to make for others but .like I said, it's your right to do whatever you want.

But grandma said for you to stick it cause she wants to go watch her grandson play some baseball before she dies anyway.

I never questioned your faith. I questioned your devotion to your faith. I ask you again would Jesus encourage you to wear a mask? That's ok, don't answer. I know how coming to the realization that you're selfish and you don't care for others can be painful.

You never answered the question of where you fall. There are really only three choices:

1. You don't believe wearing a mask will keep you from spreading it to others.
2. You don't care whether you spread it to others.
3. You are are on a rebellious kick where you "You ain't making me wear no mask! It's my right!"

Pharisee or sadusee ain't got time for no spell check

This is the best part. You establish what you see to be required for true devotion to Christ, with no scriptural support I might add, and then determine that because I don’t fall in line with your self imposed view and opinion, that I’m not only not devoted, but that I’m selfish and don’t care for others.

This reminds me of a certain 1st century group of people...
and I saw this after my comment on that first century group mind is blown

I have two friends , one of which was minutes from being placed on a ventilator. I'd venture to guess both would say it's much worse than the flu.

I know people who got the flu and died and they actually probably thought the flu was worse than this but since they also had cancer, they were more pissed about the cancer.
