Skeeter missed quite a bit towards the end. At one time he was accurate. A lot of people don’t believe ATL was an insider but he was just as accurate as Skeeter. My point is more that, other than Josh Heupel coming onto this board, there is no real insider. Just people that hear things that should be taken with a grain of salt, which is totally fine.

Yeah during those years, Skeeter was about as money as you could be with recruiting.

Nothing was ever confirmed on his potential identity, but he had spot on information. If he is still on here, he's made it much harder to be discovered. He's not giving detailed inside information anymore.

I'm pretty sure he just moved on from the AD. Took a different job or whatever. Skeeter, Lord Vader, Rex, g8rh8reric, Sabanochio, LWSVOL...those were the good ole days on this site.

That being said, I've seen several insiders come and go. Some insiders knew the program or someone close to the program. Some knew a particular player or recruit, and so they could be reliable for some info but once that player graduated or left, they didn't know.

Skeeter, OCI, AtlantaVol, king nico, now Mr Peabody, LWSVOL they aren't 100% spot on, but recruiting changes. It's why it's so fun to follow. DeerPark12 has proven to be in the know too, though more on things like renovations and uniforms and goings on inside the AD.

I appreciate everyone who makes this board great.

A few of you suck though.

That was when he came back….. he wasn’t working the same job…. He reported things he had heard much like ATL Vol…. A lot of times those turned out to be untrue…. When he worked in the recruiting offices… skeeter was money.
